I had something wrong with my product and I called them and they cam out to my house to see what the problem was and they found it and fix it right away and they told me that if there were any problems that I could call them right away.

Expensive consumer electronics tends to last 10 years and by then you want something more modern, but for a small % of the purchase price, I feel protected against both failure and the cost of a new replacement. You’re call but I do it.

They tried to fix my tv but it wasnt it so i got a new one they are very nice and respectful

Extended warranties and service contracts are always key when purchasing electronics and appliances. Sure it's a pain to pay the extra money at first, but once your items breaks down, you realize just how much you saved by sacrificing that extra cash upfront and not being overwhelmed by some ridiculous high repair fee.

A must have protection plan especially for after the manufacturer warrànty ends. If they cant fix it they replace it.

He arrived on time. Found a solution quickly saying there was no way the tv could be fixed. Quickly sent us the invoice number so we could go and get another TV. We had a five year warranty on our TV so it was well worth the cost.

I always get the Geek Squad plan on everything I purchase at Best Buy it takes the hassles out of whatever goes wrong or whatever you need to call them up they just replace it if it can't be repaired

I was very satisfied with the additional coverage offered at a reasonable price to me in store when I purchased my vizio television. I highly recommend the additional coverage to ensure your tv is protected against product defect or failure.

I usually get an extended warranty like this on TVs. I think the price that Bestbuy offers for them and I feel that the coverage makes it a great deal!

5-year Geek Squad Protection Plan. A must have for such a beautiful and expensive TV. Gives us peace of mind. Worth the additional cost, ask my son who didn’t have it and needed it for his drone.

Had this service and really came through when our tv sound went out.

I would recommend the geek squad protection. Had a tv in our den that went bad after 4 years and because I had the extended warranty I was able to get a new tv at no additional cost. Best investment I have made lately.

We always get the protection plans for our TVs. They have replaced 2 of them for us when glitches turned up. Replacement of original purchase price is a good thing.

I bought the 2020 LG GX OLED and was a little concerned about any possible burn in, and with the 5 year geek squad protection available i will get a new tv if this happens so it was well worth the extra expense.

It’s always good to have Geek squad protection because you never know when you are going to need their help, and you mite not have the money to to get your item fix. So having the protection in advance is a good decision.

I would recommend their protection plan to anyone. We had a TV that went bad and there was hassle with the Geek squad replacing it. I have told everyone that I know that it is well worth the money for the protection

The agents set up my tv along with the DVD player and amplifier; all products that I purchased were Sony. I do recommend purchasing Sony products because of the quality especially when you have the geek squad install them.

They helped me build my pc even when I came to them about 3-4 days in a row lol thanks guys!!
