The TV mounting service was atrocious and delivery was abysmal. As long as geeksquad commits to their warranty service if I ever need them in 5 years, I might recommend this service.

very professionally done in a timely manner its been six months and since the installation of my wall mounted 50 inch tv and no issues yet.

I have been very pleased wth the protection plan I've purchased for every product I've purchased. Two tvs, two wireless speaker, refrigerator have all been replaced or credited to a gift card. The refund to the gift cards is what I didn't like, hence the four stars. I wish they would refund the credit card!

It is great knowing that my tv is protected against any issues that may arise with the geeksquad protection

I love my Geek Squad service! If I have a question, they are always so polite and knowledgeable. To know my TV is protected gives me peace of mind. I recommend the Geek Squad plan for any device that needs a little extra protection.

I honestly can't write a review on this service yet because I haven't used it. Smh I'm hoping i won't have to. But always get insurance in your items.

I had to use the plan on a defective TV. I brought the old TV in and left with a brand new one. The whole thing to half hour, probably because I couldn't decide which tv to get.

I Buy all my Appliances And electronics from best buy because always have great customer service and if you compare the price for the extended warranty Best Buy has the best price along with no hassle if you ever need to use your extended warranty that is why I been a customer at best buy for twenty years.

The geek squad protection warranty is awesome and it would be worth to purchase it

Great price for amount of time of service I'm getting it for.

My LG 65" TV needed to be serviced. Polite. On time. Booties. In and out in a decent amount of time. They fixed the problem then went ahead and reprogrammed all of my devices accordingly...Thank you. I saved the big one for last...They spoke English...WELL!! and had a sence of humour.

I've had to use the service in the past for other products. Having the service makes replacement much easier when problems arise.
