I purchased the 5 year Geek Squad protection just in case something goes wrong. The last Sony TV I purchased, 10 years ago is still working and I purchased extended warranty for it, but never had to use it.. I hope this one will work and last as long or longer.

I have had excellent experience with geek squad protection plan

Although we probably didn’t need this, we went ahead and purchase it so in the long run we have the support and back up if we had any issues

I havent had to use the service. I am happy to know I have it if needed.

Definitely worth it. I definitely want to make sure that my tv is covered for a good amount of years because you never know what could happen. Best Buy had the longest coverage for my tv so I bought it here.

I haven't had to use this protection plan yet. But I've used it for other products and it's easy to use and worth every single penny when it comes to electronics that may not last beyond a year or two.

I bought a LG C1 48” and don’t have to worry about Burn in with this warranty. Best Buy is the only company to cover Burn in on OLED tvs

They have worked with me throught my trials with an extremely savvy computer tech kid(age 9]

Glad that I got geek squad because anything that I never had a warranty on for usually goes out but I have had my TV for a while no problem so I hope it not any problems but if I do I have the crap

So far excellent ! Need a new remote wondering how fast I will get it

I haven't had to use it yet because the product is new/working beautifully. However, I love that the option is there and it really helped to "seal the deal" for me. Feels great to have the security.

Ive used geek squad before and will definitely use it again. Any issues i have they are very informative and nice. I can get confused sometimes but they are very patient with my lack of knowledge.

New TVs regardless of price or quality don’t last like they use to. Protect your investments.
