The techs who mounted the equipment very efficiently and knowledgeable. Called the night before to confirm appointment and were very timely. Observed Covid-19 protocols.

Everything was great. I have had my Washer and Dryer for over a year now and I Love it no issues at all. Note I did wait a year to review this.

Appointment was excellent. On time, installation and review of use was professional. AND, unpackaged and removal was CLEAN. Protection plan is essential when purchasing a high end item.

They come to your house in a timely manner and they handled my tv with care. They were able to figure out the problem quickly and did a great job installing it.

Haven't needed to use for my TV, but have had it for other items where I did and process was surprisingly easy. I always buy Best Buy's extended warranty on larger items for piece of mind.

I always get this service on tv. I call and they are always very helpful with settings on the tv and figuring out what is wrong and fix the problem.
