Ive used in the past for a laptop and never had a problem, sometimes the service is slow and when you go into store it may not be enough techs but overall its a great service plan, choose your options.

We watched Angry Birds in 4k on the xbox one S an my wife remarked it looked better than the theater. I would definitely recommend this tv to any one.
