Although nothing has happened to the product I applied this for, the policy was easy to understand and covers a lot of things that you may need. Would recommend if you’re buying something really expensive like a TV

My TV got damaged and blinking at place. Ghe protection replaced it and it was very easy.

Bought the protection plan for new treadmill. Hoping nothing ever goes wrong but love knowing they will come to the house and fix if needed.

Since the sound went out the geek squad was very helpful in getting the sound back.

Have had no need for it yet. Best buy has always had great customer service.

Really happy with Geek Squad protection on our purchases

I thought this review was for my 5 year warranty not Geek Squad service. Although, I could use Geek Squad services to make sure I'm getting top quality picture from my TV. I hope I will be able to leave the future better review about Geek Squad services.

Very good quality And very satisfied with the results.

All warranties are the same. They say they’re a five year but they’re actually only a four year the first year you have to go through the manufacturer.

Always insure your devices. Although, geek squad has been turning down their protection plans and giving it to the brand to deal with.

Its nice to knownwe have this option if anything goes wrong.

Luck my for me I have not needed to use the Geek Squad but great comfort know it's there if needed.

I encourage anyone who buys a tv to purchase the protection. If anything happens to your tv they will come to your home and fix it. If it can’t be fix they will get you another one.
