High quality great connections perfect length love em

Purchased for my 65" TV and New Clothes Dryer for Peace of Mind. I consider the Geek Squad Protection a necessity.

I was allowed to exchange my television; however, I was not happy with the policy for larger televisions. Customer service insisted that a technician would come to my home to check to see what was wrong. I have a choose as to who I allow into my home and I did not appreciate feeling pressured to allow them to come. I requested a refund because they were unrelenting.

I enjoy having the ease of dropping off and picking up a completely fixed issue. The Geek Squad does a great job and they are very helpful. Well worth the price of the protection.

Worth the investment to protect your product! Wouldn’t drive off the lot in a car with no warranty, don’t do it on your electronics.

It’s basically an extended warranty. You may never need it but if something happens or anything breaks it’s nice to have coverage.

I tried to get help with a tv i both in feb it is now dec and the tv keeps dropping volume then gets really loud i think it's outrageous that you can spend $300 on something that don't last a year and then trying to get hemp fixing it with a geek squad protection plan that you buy for this reason and what it costs you more money to fix it

Always want to get your protection plans from Best Buy when you buy a product and it’s no hassle return or getting it fixed or replaced

I always tend to get the protective coverage for all my tvs at best buy. I have yetto use it and I can say that is a good sign. But at least ill know ill have the protection in case something happens. Ive read the guideline and it sounds ok. Just wish it was bit less in price.
