The piece of mind having this since our previous TV experienced burn out is well worth the cost

Okay price for the tv purchase. However, it could a little cheaper.

Amazing tv they came to install my wall mount, very friendly guys, no hassle would recommend the geek squad installation if u don't want to go thru the hassle of doing it yourself

I would recommend you buy the protection plan from the BestBuy Geek Squad it's reasonably priced and if they can't fix it the will refund the price of your purchase.

I've purchased different items at Best Buy and the warranty that they offer really works. Anything that does not work properly they had refunded me or exchange the item,with no hassles.

When I priced the TV it was same at all locations but the price of the Geek Squad was much less for extended warranty. I never buy a warranty unless the product is a TV or CAR and have used both

I was told that I could buy this online, but after many support chats, in which I was told I could buy it online, I was told that I could not in fact buy it online and had to drive back to the store to buy it. (40 minute drive!) Very annoying that multiple employees and support agents had no idea the C2 had to have it's protection purchased in store.

The warranty is a good buy. It’s a protection vs anything going wrong with the TV, will probably renew after the two years are up. Covers everything, can’t go wrong with it.
