I was very glad to get the chance to extend my service to 5 years and the Geek Squad made it easy.

You only need to read the terms and features for these Geek Squad warranties to see how beneficial they are on top of your manufacturer's warranty. Above and beyond. Most of us carry the insurance plans for cell phones each month as a "what if scenario," this is no different for high end home entertainment equipment. For less than cellular insurance and no "deductibles," this is a must have piece of mind. Better to have and not need, than to need and not have.

I purchased the 5 year protection plan on a previous tv. At 4 years and 11 months, the picture started to go out. Geek Squad was fast to come out and diagnose. Unfortunately, they didn't make the part anymore to fix it, so they gave me a gift card for a comparable tv that is 5 years newer. It was a no brainer to buy this protection for my next TV.

The crews are very patient and nice. Though it took some time to get all issue resolved, I am very happy that Geek Squad provide protection to my TV purchase and offered the best outcome

The Geek Squad was excellent, but the TV is the problem. At present, the problem has not been resolved. The Hisense H5500G 43" Android LED Smart Tv demonstrates poor picture quality. The picture is often slightly blurred or temporarily cleared. This product is not acceptable. However, it is this Tv not all of them. Apparently, there is a defect.

The agent was amazing. He really got everything taken care of, the part that was to be installed was not the problem. He got it worked out. Got a new TV. They brought it to my house because it was over 42". And took the old one. Glad I paid for the warranty. Was worth it for sure

Don't kid yourself, get the protection and put your mind at ease should something go wrong.

It's always a good idea to get extra protection plans on anything that you don't want to buy twice because while the quality is great in most of the new technology, any mass produced items have a few flaws once in a while, quality control is really good nowadays but it's always smart to be sure, I've had a few things that I have had to do the warranty on and I was really happy to have it because the manufacturer warranty had expired. I will always get the warranty.

Bought it for my Sony which probably I won’t be using due the Sony brand is an excellent one. But due to so many power outages where I live, I choose to play safe with my Sony. I previously gad for an LG and used once, and it’s a very good warranty.

Worth it to get for insuring your more expensive purchases. Every time I ever had an issue with one of my electronics geek squad was incredibly helpful and fixed the problem.
