Great product !! Hope I never have to use it, but good to have.

Geek Squad service is a super value - I have used it for repair or replacement many times over the years. It pays for itself in the long run. I never buy a major appliance or electronics without it. And only Best Buy has the Best Buy Geek Squad service. It is one of the main reasons I buy from Best Buy.

We bought the 5-Yr warranty from Best Buy for our 55-in TV. We had a problem about 2 years later which was fully covered by the plan. We had a pixel issue about 5 months later which couldn't be fixed. Best Buy replaced the TV with the newest version for no charge at all. They even delivered it to my house and picked up on the old one! I will be buying the plan again.

I bought this to extend the warranty on my TCL TV, I wasn't too familiar with the brand so I didn't know what to expect. So far, the TV has been great so I haven't needed to use this. For me, it was worth the money for a little peace of mind. I would recommend this if you are buying this type of electronics.

This right here is a must have. They brought in my TV and it had a crack in the middle of it and I called them and they came out the next day with a brand new TV. They didn't ask a lot of questions they just replaced it they said my warranty was good and it was here to help me answer me if I had any problems or complications called them and they will take care of everything. Having a warranty on your stuff that you purchase at Best Buy is the best thing that you can ever do.

I hope I don't use this service but it seemed cheap to buy the insurance just to be safe.

Geek squad, ah, the Best Buy nerds, but don't downplay them, they know their stuff and are easiest to work with over other big box stores. Great peace of mind at a low price!

Gsp is a must for all my products from best buy. I dont really recommend totaltech if you don’t need computer help. But if you are a frequent buyer i recommend just purchasing the geeksquad protection plan on your items. If you purchase totaltech youll be paying more for the membership every year than the plan outright for each item.

Team manger was very patient with my tv purchase. She ensured all my questions were answered and helped me with my online account to make an in person purchase.

When buying ANY electronics it's always good to purchase the extended accidental warranty!! Better to be safe than sorry, right?? I have spent many of Thousands of dollars through BestBuy and I've ALWAYS gotten protection plans on every product I've purchased. Lets face it, accidents happen and BestBuy has always, literally, covered ALL of my products that have had accidents and I've never had an issue with them replacing the products per the agreements! I NEVER buy something expensive (or not expensive) without an accidental plan. EVER! It's a cheap and must have option in m opinion!
