Just got my new tv. Was using an older 1 given to me and it went out. I made sure to buy the protection plan so if something happened I knew I'd be covered for any help I'd needed!!

I think that ut is great knowing that if I have a problem that I can take it to them for help.

I highly recommend adding a protection plan to your purchase. Even a quality product may have a catastrophic failure. We lost our 2-year-old refrigerator when severe thunderstorms hit the power grid. Best Buy replaced the refrigerator and compensated for food spoilage. The protection plans are worth every penny.

Geeksquad gave me the mental comfort that my TV is safe with them for the next 5 years. No worries on my end, and wide support across america! I love it.

Had a smaller tv , fire tv also. When we was looking for a gift for us. Found this on sale, we drove 60 miles round trip to get it. IT WAS TOTALLY WORTH THE TIME. PICTURE IS SO CRIP, CAN SEE EVERYTHING SO MUCH BETTER.

I have not had to use this yet (just bought the TV), but I have heard nothing but good things about this service. And at only $49.00 for 5 years I thought it was a real bargain.

I bought the 5 year protection because like many, I want to feel at ease with my purchase. This is a must for any OLED purchases because if you do your research you know any fix is not cheap. This service covers most problems, burn ins etc. Plus knowing you don't have to haul your TV into the store and they will come to you (depending on tv size I believe) is a plus. I will enjoy my oled tv purchase, knowing I covered for 5 years

Geeksquad is worth it when you buy often from best buy

I really appreciate the added protection. I live in Boston and my condo is rented in FL. Knowing that I have someone to call and get things fixed for my tenants locally is a real benefit.

Exceptional service provided by the Geek Squad. Best Buy is my go to for all electronics. They provide great customer service, products and prices.

Hopefully we wont have to use it. But price was decent and worth a little extra.

This very much helps a lot when you have big purchases. You need to protect your products at all times and geek. Squad protection is very helpful.

I was happy with Insignia 50" bought two, one went down a year later, glad I purchased a warranty! I would purchase purchase again only with warranty. I purchased two 50" Samsung's that lasted 2 and 3 years that didn't have warranty. I have a 48" Panasonic Plasma from 2008 that's still strong. I have family and friends that own Insignia for years with no issues. Bottom line, luck of the draw, buy a warranty!

I purchased an Insignia TV and less than 2 months the TV broke. I took it back, no questions asked just gave me the credit for the purchase. Now I did not get credit for the 5 year warranty but it was ok since there were no questions asked and credit given for a new tv. Best Buy has the best Geek Squad warranties you could ask for

Warranties are always a plus in my eyes and overall good for business and that’s a 10 in my eyes
