This is a review of the geek squad coverage and I have not had a claim to submit. It seems like a good thing to have but nothing to report.

Still in great condition had to do a replacement for the remote i had no problems.

Great combination of open box television and a 5 year geek squad protection plan.

TV has worked great. We set it up quickly on arrival day and have been using it with no problems since. We use it as a bedroom TV and volume is VERY loud only at 5-15 (there are little times we go over 15). Very satisfied with the TV, would definitely recommend it.

This is by far the best thing I have ever bought from Bestbuy!!! I recommend this to everyone that purchases from Bestbuy. It is extremely easy to use and there is no problems when you use it. Recommend to everyone

Agent or nice and did a great job they bring it up to the stairs and left it on the front stairs and I had to bring it in but they still did a good job thank you

I do buy coverage on items. The only thing that bothers me is that the first year, the coverage is actually covered by the manufacturer. So your paying of "two years"really only gives me 2nd year coverage. At least that's the way I understand it.

Getting the geek squad protection is the best thing you can do for all your tech purchases. Now says it seems like everything is either broke or I need help with it and the squad is there for me when I need help.

I have been a believer in having this extra protection. I have had to use the warranty to replace a tv in the past. There was no hesitation on the part of Best Buy to honor the warranty even close to the end date. You should definitely purchase this protection. I intend to go with the five-year warranty in the future.

Love Geek Squad and their protection plans. I always get one and even if I don't have a protection plan they try to assist me as much as they can. Thank you!!

When I purchased an expensive TV I ended up purchasing this as well I’m so happy I did not have any problems with the TV and when I ended up going to sell it I almost got all my money back this is one of the things that she definitely need to have just in case

When I purchased a TV through Best buy I was given a geek squad protection discount of $100 so I took advantage of it and have been using it the whole time. I've had surveillance cameras put up, home speakers installed and ethernet cable ran with this service this is an awesome deal.

Great price just in case. Esp for older family members when you’re not around to help.

Great to have when purchasing products that need extended warranties! Used to always buy Geek Squad for each purchase now it is there automatically!
