Fortunately we have not had to use the geek squad warranty on our new TV. The TV is up in northern Wisconsin so next summer will be when it gets the major use. Got the warrantee is I have had experience with receivers and not getting the warranty. Not so good.

I feel this is a good investment for big ticket items I just had a tv that was not working and having the protection plan really helped the Geek Squad was great they came twice and were extremely helpful and the store squad was also great at the mall. They were fast helpful and very professional.

geek.squad is amazing it saves you money i highly recommend it to a friend.

The TV mounting service was atrocious and delivery was abysmal. As long as geeksquad commits to their warranty service if I ever need them in 5 years, I might recommend this service.

I really appreciate Geek Squad, their culture, and commitment to the customer. I rarely need them but when I do, they make it easy.

With so many electronic devices in our house, we love the peace of mind of having a five year protection plan that covers any problems, and they come to our home for any service or repair calls. It sure beats pulling a large TV off the wall and hauling it somewhere for a repair

Not needed 2 weeks waited for delivery And wasn't happy with the tv

The price was very cheap for the coverage. It was around $20 for two years.

Only purchase this once before and got a full refund on a broken keyboard case. Had a $1200 Samsung tv go down and didn’t want to have any issues for a new LG 75 inch. I will have piece of mind for 5 years. They even cover pixel loss.

They came in and mounted my TV and did a real professionally asked me where I wanted it made sure the size and indications was all correct

I hope I never have to use it with our new OLED TV, but it saved my bacon when our 2 yr old LED set developed an issue with the panel. Since Visio panels are not replaceable, it provided a credit equal to my purchase price. This allowed me to upgrade to the better quality picture of OLED.

First time I've purchased the extra protection plan. After speaking with the sales associate I agreed it was a good idea and had value.

He was very proffessional. He was very friendly and nice. It didnt take him very long at all to put up wall mount. And he also hooked the tv up to the wall mount. It looks really good. I was very impressed.

I bought a 600 tv. Ain’t no way I’m not gonna insure it for 2 year after the fire destroyed the last one. I love my tv so much, I literally named it “Brad Pitts TV” I’m almost positive he owns the exact same mode. So no better option then to protect the same tv that he may or may not own.

Best Buy reimbursed me the full price, plus sales tax cost of my recently deceased 3 year old UN50JS7000. Without this coverage, replacement would be entirely out of pocket. Just purchased replacement HDTV with 5 year Geek Squad protection as well. Assurance well worth the cost.

Have purchased peak squad warranties in the past, and I’ve always been satisfied.

awesome tv , a huge upgrade of the one have years ago, no we can enjoy watching series and movies, so easy to setup
