We depend on the Geek Squad to help us when we have issues we cannot resolve on our own. Having the Service gives us peace of mind and the squad members are always courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, and available.

An extended warranty from BestBuy is a great idea for expensive items like refrigerators. I used it once for the ice maker and later when the compressor went out. After a couple of repairs, they decided to replace the whole refrigerator. Thank goodness I bought the extended warranty!

A little expensive for a service that may not even be used, but better than having to replace the TV on my own for if it's defective.

They replaced my Tv with no issues. Just had them come out take a look at it and told me they would replace it no problem!

Good service quality, very kind, fast solution, they check and give a solution in less than a week.

Small tv already had a mount took about 15 minutes to replace old model with new. I highly recommend the geek squad protection its a no nonsense policy they will either repair or replace no ifs & buts.

I came in broken, confrontational and having a melt down. The Geek Squad handled me with kid gloves and made the world right again. They calmed me down, explained what the steps were to rectify the problem and then took action to get it done. They didn't make me feel stupid or inept. Outstanding Customer Service!!!

I would highly recommend getting addtl coverage when possible. Some rates should be lower or should come free fpr a year for certain products

Agents set the Tv up and showed me the operation. Agents were very polite and didn't leave any packaging behind for me to have to dispose of.

Our tv power supply stopped working. Geek spuad was fast and Professional. The people who came to work on my tv had a good attitude and liked there job 10 out of 10

Havent had to use it. But i will find out because the picture on the TV is cutting out and i may need ro use this warranty.

I have had the Geek Squad diagnose and fix problems with my laptop twice in one year. They are efficient and knowledgeable. they found viruses that my software could not find. Now it runs like new. They do request that you make an appointment, but I was able to just walk in to have them figure out why an external blu-ray drive would not work.

Again added protection is always worth it in my opinion. For the price it’s a no brainer.
