We've had the television for a bit over 1 month and so far are extremely happy with it. The picture is beautiful. It communicates well with our computer so we can use EyeTV to create a mirror image. The only thing that could be a problem is that there are no controls on the TV so you do not want to lose the remote or run out of batteries.

Geek Squad provides excellent service. I take my PC in quarterly for a clean up and they are always on time, happy to provide service and are thorough with any questions or concerns I may have and provide excellent feedback on how my equipment is running.

I don't know why I bought protection. I don't remember buying it. I hope it was free, because it's dumb that I have this otherwise.

They only delivered the TV, but they were very respectful and efficient. I am still looking for the Insurance I purchased with the TV.

It was definitely worth the price and convenience. They arrived punctually and called when they were on the way. They installed the TV and mount quickly and neatly. Very polite and explained everything before leaving.

I never had to use it yet. Just purchased 1 month ago. The $400 chance to win a gift card has me doing the surveys

My TV got burn in around 3 years in, and after 4 years, started flickering. I returned it to best buy and got a replacement TV with equivalent specifications and value.

I've never had a problem with their protection plans. Amazing customer service, I'd recommend for tvs in particular since sometimes they come wonky from factory.

The techs were great in installing all of our purchases and in explaining how they worked. We have them for 5 years so check later and we will let you know over the long haul. I can’t imagine anything but excellent service based on what we have seen so far.

For big ticket items, this seems like a must have.

Its a piece of mind and easy to use if needed in future.

I have used the Geek Squad to install my new dish washer and work on our computers numerous time. the services are always, fast and efficient, and I will always use them to make things work in my household.

My Geek Squad protection plans, of which I have several is a prime reason why I purchase all of my major and minor appliances from Best Buy. Whenever something goes wrong, which is not often, Geek Squad is there to take care of it. Outstanding!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am so glad I purchased this television. The picture quality is just beautiful. I tell all my friends and family about this television. It is so easy to get to everything you want to watch because it is all at the bottom of your screen instead of having to scroll all over the place. It is the best purchase I have ever made!! As seniors, we are easily confused with how any new technology works. My son talked us in to this TV and surround sound. We would have never been able to get everything up and running without the Geek Squad help. The tech was very patient and showed us how to work everything. We refuse to move it because it works so well!
