Came in on time and two people dropped off the tv. Very nice.

My westinghouse 46" died on me luckily right before 4 yr warranty expired. Used warranty to purchase this cheaper tv, but it's bigger, better quality pic, picks up more free channels with the antennnae and got another 5 yr warranty. Had $150 leftover to finally buy me a keurig 2.0. Very pleased with Best buy warranty program. No need to hang on to receipt, all info stays in your best buy account if you need to use the warranty.

After your failed phone evaluation, The visit from technician was able to address my broken TV in two days after a wasted two weeks of phone service!

I haven’t had any problems with my tv, thankfully. But I’m glad I have this just in case.

Have always shopped at Bestbuy because of geek squad.Great service and staff .Haventbdisappointed us yet at least not at University Bestbuy in Florida.I’m confident all others won’t disappoint either. Hopefully new yearly service is just as well as monthly per item service.

Professional service. I had no luck in repairing my laptop but they handled it professionally. My unit was bought in Canada and I did manage to get it repair at BB in Canada.

Geek squad service is a must have for me. They are top notch and are very professional. A must have service for me.

Great sales associate was a terrific help with great advice and assistance. He was such a big help and did a fabulous job of up-selling the products I was just checking stuff out.

It is really nice to have this service, I can take my product back if needed, which gives me a lot of piece of mind. And after 5 years, most products need some kind of service!

I have never had any trouble getting replacements for products that have gone bad within the warranty period. It is money well spent if you do not want to have to pay to replace the product if it is defective outside of the manufacturers warranty.

Gotta have protection when buying these to be around childrens of the corns (multiple kids at home) reasonably priced I guess haven’t had the chance to use it yet and I hope I don’t use it but it does give peace of mind.

When it comes to extended warranties, I appreciate that Best Buy gives you 2 options to choose from. They always back up their warranties too!! Never had an issue returning any items that became problematic... Dave R.

My TV needed repair it's working fine now worth the cost you never know if your product will break down my LG TV was only 2yrs old when it broke down and the cost of the warranty was worth the cost it would of cost more to fix or replace the TV I buy a extended warranty for any product that cost over $100 dollars....Can't go wrong

I usually go both ways on insurance type plans, but Best Buy Geek Squad is worth every penny. My tv needed replacement within the time and they literally put the purchase price on a gift card for me to buy the new tv I wanted. A+ for customer service.
