Got the warranty for a deal of a TV. Hoping that if my TV breaks out of the manufacture warranty this will save me some money.

Buying a warrantee is like car insurance when you need it you’re glad it’s there when your product doesn’t have an issue you’re glad it doesn’t but you kind of feel like you wasted your money.

Haven't had any reason to contact them yet but it's nice to know im fully covered

Totally worth getting the Geek Squad guarantee. Anything that happens to it the Geek Squad is there.

Absolutely spectacular service from the Geek Squad and store manager at my local store. If you're buying a big ticket item getting this plan is a must. They'll even come to your house for assessment and repair.

Geek Squad never used but heard a lot of good just hope I never need to use the service.

I always get this protection. Geek Squad stands by the protection service. My tv breaks down, I take it in and they stand by the protection. I watch a lot of tv, so I would never be without this protection.

so if u need to return your tv after 1 year and u have a 5 year warranty u loose 4 years of it because u have to buy a new warranty for the new tv they give u. my advise is to get a 2 year warranty and just renew it 3 months before just incase its breaks sooner than later

I have gone to the Geek Squad numerous times over the past years. They have always been so helpful and patient with my limited knowledge of technology. I would recommend them to anyone who has questions about their electronics!

Far superior to Home Depot in ease of use and Customer Service. I've purchased 2 TV's, a sound bar, a Microwave Oven and a Dishwasher in the last 12 months and there Geek Squad response times are outstanding!

5 year warranty. Great offer for this 58 inch tv. Love the extended warranty of 5 years.

I decide to purchase the extended warranty because my previous TV only lasted 3 years. This warranty is for 5 years so I felt it was worth the cost.

I have not had any trouble with the TV I purchased this policy for. However this TV replaced another one that I had the Geek Squad protection on. The TV could not be repaired so Best Buy just gave me back the amount I paid and I purchase the TV I currently have. It truly was no hassle.

I have been very pleased wth the protection plan I've purchased for every product I've purchased. Two tvs, two wireless speaker, refrigerator have all been replaced or credited to a gift card. The refund to the gift cards is what I didn't like, hence the four stars. I wish they would refund the credit card!

Have used Geek Squad services for installation purposes on all of my electronics. Very professional and super fast.
