Best protection you can buy but i hate how best buy changed up their policy. Very few items and be renewed. I think it's works out for best buy now instead we the customers..

Great protective plan. I have 3 tvs and 3 have been replaced or fixed in the last 5 years.

I normally get this protection because it's better having it and not need it, than needing it and not have it. I have used this protections some times and the service that I have received is excellent. You get the service as promised when you buy it.

The protection is always a good move when buying expensive electronics.

Purchased this to cover any potential problems with my product. I've had to use it before, and the process was very easy, which is why I continue to get the coverage with other products I buy.

This is my second plan. My first, four and one-half years ago saved me when my Sony 65 tv failed. Bestbuy could not repair the set so they gave me a new, modern Sony. This save me $1,800.

Geek Squad protection is the way to go. Just to give u a piece of mind just in case ur product starts To malfunction. Protect your investment if your spending a significant amount of money.

I always get a protection plan when getting a tv. In the past I had experience minor issues with my TV after time and the protection plan covers me, even if they cannot fix it, they will give the value in gift card to get a new one.

Haven't needed it yet and hopefully never will. After previous TV issues it's good to have though.

Geek Squad is always available to answer my questions. Great for me I haven’t had to utilize the replacement or repair feature but good to know I have coverage if I need it.

Purchased a new hgtv and cables, got the extended warranty on the tv for five years. Was so worth the money, no worries, covers the remote as well, definitely would do it again!

When we purchased our new product, we also wanted Best Buy's 5-year protection plan. So far (thankfully) we have not required it, yet it is comforting to know the protection plan is available.
