Replaced my television 20 months into my 2 year warranty. The issues the tv had were not fixable

I bought an extra protection plan because why not? it's inexpensive and easy!!

I have always purchased the service plans for all my equipment. It is easy to just bring in your defective unit for the replacement. And by extending your warranty, it saves you on new tv purchase.

I’m so glad that Best Buy have you guys I like having protection on shorten things like tvs watches and apple products and other things too it’s very helpful.

The Geek guy was excellent. Very nice. Set up the TV very quickly and connected to the internet. I just don't know enough to know how to ask the questions. I'm sure I'll be contacting them soon. Nice to have access to an IT squad.

I'm thankful that I don't have to worry for several years that my TV is gonna break down. My previous TV died just a little over a year, and of course I didn't get the warranty that time! Learned my lesson.

Great tech service for all technology appliances you purchase they do they best And they make sure to tell you what things are needed and are going to be done for them to be able to fix the appliances

If you ever have a problem with your product you can guarantee the first thing that is asked by the employee is did you purchase the gsp? And if yes then there’s no issue getting you taken care of.

The Geek Squad has helped me with pass issues. So, I highly recommend them.

Have not had to use this service yet but the assurance of being able to bring in my TV for any issues makes it worth it. OLED Tvs in particular can have burn-in issues that make this service essential.

I hope this TV lasts longer in the other one I purchase just over a year ago

Went in for a phone repair . Checked in hassle free and returned within 2 hours to pick it back up. Staff is very friendly and knows what they are doing . I would recommend geek squad service to anyone.
