Had to use my Geek Squad Service just 2 months before it was expired on my 75" TCL ROKU TV .. IT WAS REPLACED WITH AN UPGRADED MODEL AND I BOUGHT ANOTHER 5 YEAR GEEK SQUAD SERVICE..

Would buy again. Treated nicely and fair replacement value.

Absolutely worth the investment to protect your original purchase. Our television suddenly stopped working and was still covered under the extended warranty we purchased.

The agent that came to my home told me that instead of getting a new Roku remote and trying to figure it out with my older tv and Roku 2 player, just go ahead and get a Roku tv. He was able to find a Roku tv that would fit in my entertainment center on Best Buy's online store. All I had to do was pay for it online and wait for delivery. The tv came in a couple of days and set up was easy and not complicated; now I'm able to watch my channels! Thank you!

So far I haven't had to use the geek squad protection.

Great peace of mind knowing 5 year best earranty in the electronics business. Had an issue with burn in with my older B7A LG OLED and they came out immediated and replaced with new C version panel. No additional charge! Great insurance for any electronics!

Over all I am satisfied. I owned an older model—store bought, new—for 7yrs. before it stopped working recently. so I decided to buy the newest model. I must say I am extremely satisfied. Video, sound, and gaming graphics—all which pair nicely with my ps5–are superb. The size is perfect for the bedroom not to exaggeratingly huge or small and I had to stop using my sound bar because the sound quality of the new tv was exceedigly better—the tv being mounted. Overall extremely satisfied.

I had to leave the laptop with the above sihce of the drivers which handles the brightness went down as well new laptop got hit with it. The geek squad were excellent and they not seen this before but they reinstalled windows on both and the ultra brigh They htness was taken care of. They are a great team .

A protection plan is great if you're overly cautious and almost a must if you have children. Would highly recommend for purchases over $100, especially if they have a lot of moving parts.

OLED televisions have gotten much better about image retention and burn in but it is still possible no matter what they tell you. Best buy service plan states in its coverage that it covers Burn in on OLED televisions and as far as I know nobody else does no matter what coverage they purchase. Televisions these days aren’t made to last no matter what brand you go with it and I’ve read tons of reviews of flagship TVs going dead with months of purchase and many just after the one year warranty expires. It cost a little extra but I feel better knowing I’m good for at least 5 years.
