Best Buy’s warranty is great really take care of the customer and give great customer service

I basically bought this TV since I was scared if something happens the TV over all I wouldn’t have to buy one all over again.. but yes this is deff worth it!

I recently had to use this for a Sony TV that started experiencing back lighting issues. I was hesitant to purchase but I am very glad I did. This was much better than a Health Insurance Scam.

I haven't use the geek squad recently but, in the past they never disappointed me and I'm sure they will not let me down if I needed them again.

Definitely needed this for my tv, hung it on the wrong mount and it started glitching.

I have not had the necessity to use the coverage for any of the devices bought with the Geek Squad Protection.

Any time I have issues with any of my devices to do a warranty on them they always have it taken care of in a timely manor. Will continue to utilize this option with my future purchases

I got this plan and I have yet to use it and hopefully I don't need to since I bought a expensive tv but I know that if I do need it I wouldn't have to sweat with a replacement.

I love the peace of mind that this gives me, I have two kids under the age of three and I know far too well that accidents can cause some damage, but this offers me peace of mind!

Excellent assistance from the first call to replace the previous equipment, very fast process.

I've used Geek Squad before on other purchases and it comes in handy. I just don't like the fact that the TV come with one year warranty, so as soon as you purchase The Geek Squad protection, the protection cards immediately, so I basically only got one year protection. Not not a good idea in my book. It should kick in once my one year warranty is over that came with the TV, so I thought.

This comes in handy when you buy a TV. I was watching it one moment the next it stopped working. BB exchanged my TV broght it out to me and took the old one off my hands

i gave this product 4 stars because 1 if you have mutiple tvs you need seaprate remotes 2. it takes a while to boot up 3 there is a custom app that if you dont sign up for you cant use the tv 4 i was expectimg better from poineer

I started using geek squad after having one experience where we put a warranty on a TV and few months before it expired The backlight went out and we called and geek squad was excellent since then I have put geek squad on every TV that comes into my house with four children we have since used it multiple times and never have had an issue. Definitely recommend to people who are on a budget who can't afford to replace electronics when having issues. Geek squad makes this a non-issue.

Having a five year warranty on any electronics these days is a very smart decision. It’s well worth the money because of the product has issues before five years is up. It’s gonna cost you a lot more money to fix it. I would highly recommend getting the five year warranty it has worked well for us.
