Got a big ticket item.LED big screen tv. Did alot of research,Great buy for 5 year coverage.Buy it from Geek Squad.You won't be sorry.

Bought a plan for my last 50" TV. had issues after year one and geek squad came out and replaced the main board. year two it started giving me the same issue and was told it couldn't be repaired. Instead of giving me a comparable TV, they gave me the money back I paid for the TV. That would typically be good but I got this TV at a huge discount so I could not possibly replace it with anything comparable. I would have rather had my TV repaired or given something similar. When I purchased the plan I asked if the plan would get me something similar if it ever came to it and was told it would. I specifically asked because of the low price. Instead I had to add $500 of my own money to get something similar. Geek Squad should really provide more options when fulfilling their plans.

Best Buy is very well known by his long extended 5 years warranty which is very handy and helpful specially with electronics.

Good service. But you have to wait 30 days to get a replacement if they can’t fix the old one.

If u buying a high end tv or just any electronics I recommend getting geek squad

good extra protection for a cheap price . better safe than sorry

For the small extra fee, I'm glad to have extra protection. Had to use once on something and never had one issue with using it.

Haven't used them yet. But I love that I got this protection for my TV. And it wasn't even that much that I paid.
