I have not had to use this time I bought the protection. It does however give me piece of mind. Another time I bought this protection and did have to use it and it was easy to have them take care of everything.

having bought the extended warranty in case somthing happened was a hard decision at the time due to added cost at the time of purchase 3years later i couldnt have been happier with my decision geek squad was fast to make a repair when that option didnt work out they replaced with a brand new one thanks geek squad.

I’ve used my Geek squad service in prior years and the service was well worth it. Inexpensive and you can’t be it

Why by one year when you can get five year for a good price I really like this

I have boughten many electronics from Best Buy over the years. However, I would recommend purchasing extended warranty coverage just incase. I did have a couple repairs done in the past. They were very satisfactorily performed with a high degree of professionalism. Be sure to purchase a Geek Squad Protection plan for all troubleshooting, service needs and operational advice.

Come on, when you buy a TV, you gotta get geek. Squad protection

If you buy a television from Best Buy trust me the Geek squad warranty is a must! You never know when something could go wrong and if you have this warranty you’ll be glad you did!

Geek Squad helped us install our 65” tv, the associates were very helpful. I would use there services again.
