I bought the coverage for my open box TV. I haven't had to use it, but I suppose the peace of mind is worth the price.

I recommend getting the warranty I. Any item you purchase with Best Buy. I have used the warranty on two different items and they honor the warranty and replace or refund what you paid for the item

The TV was incredibly easy to setup. I have an existing Alexa Fire TV and once connected to my WiFi network, it was simple to clone the apps and settings from the other TV. That is an awesome feature. The only issue I have with the TV so far is that the colors don't seem as vibrant or accurate as I was hoping they would be. For instance, I watched the U of Oregon vs Oregon State football game. The Oregon uniforms were a bright green and the OSU uniforms were orange. The orange looked red and no matter how much I attempted to adjust the color, I couldn't find any way to get it right. Other than that it seems like a decent TV, especially for the Black Friday price.

Nice picture and sound for the price can't be beat. Navigation can be a bit of a pain. Overall good buy!!!

I purchased this tv over a year ago and absolutely love it. The picture quality is great! I love all the feature with how the UI is set up for all my streaming services. I love the simplicity of the remote.

Had a large TV that started to fade after 4 years, Geek Squad service replaced it and helped with new install, and guidance and help. Ryan and Dimitri were awesome. great job easy to deal with. Took a week to call, get an appointment to come to the house, assess, replace and correct problem. Really fast turnaround. So glad i got the coverage!

I haven't used the 5 yr warranty and I hope I don't have to.

In my opinion geek squad replacement plans are gold. Last TV I had was a Samsung KS8500 and I loved that television. But unfortunately after a few years the screen started to go bad so I used this warranty and it gave me a lot of money to go towards my next TV purchase. Which was a Sony OLED. I've then purchased a warranty for that television as well because OLEDs can experience burn in. And fortunate for me this plan covers burn in. I'm hoping I never need to use it but if I do I know it's there and it's well worth it.

This is a fan favorite for me. Best Buy is the only place I buy electronics because of this service.

Laborious process to get anything done. Takes a LONG time to have anyone come fix or check items.
