Geek Squad Protection is a must for OLED TVs. I purchased the 5-year plan for a great price. I feel at ease knowing I’ll have Geek Squad coverage for the next 5 years in case anything goes wrong with my TV.

I'm glad to have purchased this agreement for my TV. The tech that assistsed me was knowledgeable, friendly and explained everything to me before leaving.

Geek Squad provided great service with my replacement tv but it would not accept my 55" tv at the store. We went through the whole process of replacing my tv when someone from Geek Squad said I would have to take my tv home and have a Geek Squad member evaluate the tv at my house. I actually completed the tv replacement over the phone with no visit needed and received my replacement tv within days.

Geek squad folks were great to work with. The protection plans offered by Geek Squad are a must. Selext the longest protection plan offered for your purchase.

The geek squad is my go to team for everything. I buy all my products at Best Buy and cover it with the geek squad full protection plan

A necessary warranty plan to protect and cover any electronic item bought and ensure long life and functionality.

I haven't needed to use Geek squad yet for this TV. Great picture for the price. I was really surprised at the minimal operations manual, you have to download it for details- the docs they provide should highlight or give a link for it. Overall very happy with the TV

When I purchased my new Samsung TV, I decided to pay the Geek Squad for delivery and installation. So happy I did. It did not take them much time to get everything up and working. They also reviewed and showed me all the different options that this TV has to offer. I'm not very techy, so it will take a little time to learn how to do everything quickly, but I will get there. Thank you to the (2) gentlemen from the Geek Squad for doing an amazing job and helping to understand all of its options.

Highly recommended, it is outstanding for the price point

the process was straight forward, my only complaint was that it was required by bestbuy to have ppl come out to my house to retrieve my broken tv and deliver the new one. I was more than happy to take it back to the store myself and swap it same day, but bc of bestbuy policy, I had to go 2 days without a tv.

Excellent value services you hope you'll never need. Always a hassle when a large item fails and one needs service or a replacement. Geek Squad makes it easy as they come to your house to repair or replace any issues not caused by accidental damage. They also offer installation to simplify the process and that's also a great value. I have not needed to used them for my TV's but I always buy it for the peace of mind.

My tv had went out after two years and I remembered I had purchased the Geek Squad. They replaced the tv and schedule delivery/pick up and the morning of, I get a voice mail, our guy is sick. I took the old and picked up the new and received a $20 gift card for my troubles.

This television is awesome. The picture and quality is outstanding. I would recommend it to anyone.

I had bought TCL tv in a black friday deal. So, i bought the Geek Squad 2 years protection for the same.I received excellent customer service from Geek Squad during the installation of my TV. I was having trouble getting my iPhone to connect to my TV. They gave me several tips and helped me throughout the installation process.I am very much pleased with their customer service.I appreciate the Geek Squad and i recommend everyone to get the Geek Squad protection for their appliances and electronics.

Excellent coverage and extremely easy claims process.

I would recommend a Geek sqaud extended warranty. I bought one for my 75” tv. If they can’t fix it , I believe they send you a check for your purchase price. The TV is 85 pounds so it’s not something I want to lug back to the store or to a authorized service center

The agents mounted my TV and installed all my speakers and hooked up my subwoofer, Satellite DVD, and all my extras in every room, they also went an extra step and were able to have the cords come out near the electric plugs so the wires were not hanging everywhere. Very professional job and they were very nice during the process.
