    The 2 year protection really saved me when our tv screen accidentally got shattered in a spot from a glass bottle. They replaced my tv no problem and even helped me load it into my vehicle

    Replaced my 11 " Appel Ipad with 13" Apple Ipad that I've been wanting for quite awhile. Just bought yesterday, havent set it up yet but know l will be very satisfied

    Got a 2 day away service call to fix TV!

    Hah! Just in time! I forgot that I had purchased the 5-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection plan until the other day when I found my receipt for TV. 11 months ago we bought a new 55" Insignia Fire TV. For the past month it has been changing channels in the middle of movies/programs and going to the TV Guide. Sometimes the TV just shuts off. So anyways, I found the protection plan, called Geek Squad and had an in person service call within 2 days! Now that is awesome service!! They come tomorrow. I hope they can figure it out as this new TV has been a lemon since we bought it last December 11 months ago.

    5-Year Standard Geel Squad Protection is a must!

    About 3 TV's ago I started buying the Geek Squad 5-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection plan automatically with the purchase of a flat screen TV regardless of the brand/model. I learned that modern day TV's are only rated to last 2 to 3 years. Now while all have outlasted the 3 year mark, they started to fail in the 4th years. In both cases the tv's begain to show faint lines in the picture. Upon noticing the lines I called Best Buy's Geek Squad and my protection plan got me my money back on the TV's! I was then able to use that money to buy a new replacement TV. Not only that, I was allowed to keep the failing tv until both screens went completely black. So in these cases this plan was worth every penny.

    This process has always been so easy. And the best part, each time I shop here, I ALWAYS find a deal. Weather It’s a 10$ or 100$ savings, it always helps! Just bought a new tv I would’ve payed 449$ elsewhere! I got it WITH geek squad for 299$!

    People talk crap about protection plans but I used to work for Best Buy, and I'm here to tell you they have saved me SO many times. Its a just in case theory that I go by. What happens if it breaks? Can you afford to replace it out of pocket? Chances are "no". You have saved up to buy this item or you are putting it on a credit card, which means debt. You are spending your hard-earned money for this. Protect it!!!

    I always purchase my electronics and appliances through best buy. They always have the best prices and will price match if not. I always opt for the additional Geek squad protection. Ive always been satisified with the process of filing claims as its very easy. When looking at a big purchase I consider the length of the protection plan when choosing where I buy. Best buy always has the longest protection plans for the best price. Always buy geek squad protection you wont regret it!

    If you buy any electronics (tv’s, consoles, etc.) always get the GSP! I’ve had to replace several TVs and it’s easy to work with them when they went bad. If you get an Insignia tv, get the 2 year plan, because they’ll go bad before the name brands. Get the 5 yr for LG, Sony, Samsung, etc. because their made better and should make it past the 2 year mark.

    Love this tv as it has a bright and colorful display with deep blacks given it’s an OLED. Supports for PS5 was a must and this was a solid choice. Alexa doesn't turn on/off the tv however. Does work with smart cameras. If only Best Buy and Geek Squad had sent a notification email about the 60 day extended warranty limit from the day the Warentee I purchased ran out I would be stuck without any Warentee on this investment.

    Closes TV to an OLED I've seen, just got to mess around with some of the setting to get the highlights and darks balanced out and you will be blown away with the how deep the contrast and colors are. This TV replaces my 2017 65" LG OLED in the living room that's how good this TCL is.
