Gives me the confidence to keep purchase of open box tv that has 6400 hours on the panel. I wouldn't have, but it's a Sony. They should alert you to display items prior to purchase. Haven't used warranty yet. Hope it comes through if I need it.

I've been a loyal Samsung TV person for years. Any time I'm looking for a TV, I'll always get a Samsung. I purchased a TV from Best Buy in 2012 and it finally started to go out. I replaced it with the same size to fit inside my TV stand and this one has a great picture and more features. For under $200, you really can't beat that. Great quality at a great price.

Geek squad did not install my TV but I will say that I've used them for years for other purposes and they are always polite and attentive to your needs. I would always suggest adding Geek Squad protection on anything you buy from Beat Buy. It's worth the purchase.

I bought this TV to replace an older one that was on the fritz. I love how light this TV is and how it looks in my living room. The sounds is amazing and it works at my lower volumes than my old TV. I wanted a non-smart TV since I already have any Apple TV and this worked perfectly.
