I'm very happy with the five year extra warranty.I didn't think, however it was.Especially a great buy to get it.Thought it would be a little bit less

Haven't had to use the ins., but the peace of mind is there. Really inexpensive for the 5 yr plan. Thanks Best Buy.

Couldn’t do it without her she found everything for me. I didn’t even have to worry about it just went to the geek desk and she helped me out.

I paid for a 2year warranty. When tv went out and i called, i was told they didnt sell the tv in that size(58") any longer so i would have to pay $80 difference for a bigger one,plus $63 for a new warranty or they would refund me for what i payed for tv a year ago. Im confused. What was the need for a warranty if they werent going to honor it? Customer service is nasty and very unprofessional.

Not has to use yet. Maybe in the future. Nice to have.

Good value and I hope I never have to use it but , there is peace of mind knowing if something happens they will take care of it.

Repair man came out today to check out my TV not holding antenna channels. Great not to have to pay for the trip.

I called after my TV suddenly stopped working and the agent was very helpful and a replaced my TV within 3 days they came to my house picked up my old broken TV and installed my new TV all in all this was an excellent experience

Buy the Geek Squad 5-year warranty for your electronic purchases. Unfortunately I needed support and guidance for filing a claim for warranty. BB and the GS helped me through the claim flawlessly. Definitely worth the price for the warranty!

Purchased Geek Squad Protection Plan, sometimes a deciding factor when purchasing item of a greater value. Great people and Team of experts at Best Buy! Not always needed, which is a good thing, but beyond any product's warranty and experiencing problems, they come and repair products on-site and if parts become unavailable, they will replace it with a new product. I can only speak highly of Geek Squad Services.

Well worth it considering most new TV’s only last 5-7 years tops. This way I am covered and can maybe save money in long run.

I'm glad I got my 5 year warranty it worked Wonders when, my 55 inch TV went out. I was given and delivered a brand new one. So I renewed my insurance one more time.
