Geek squad delivered and set up my Hisense 75” mini led tv. They arrived on time, was very professional and informative and please t to work with. Would use them again for my next tv.

We had to use our 2 year plan. They did pay up to what we paid for the TV but that was a lower amount due to a recent discounted price. Therefore in order to swap out for a "like TV" we would have to pay more! Should be based upon the value of the TV when it was originally listed. If we swapped for the same amount we paid we would wind up with a inferior TV today. So we would up having to pay more to upgrade due to the defective TV in under 2 years.

Just what I needed to make sure everything goes right a backup plan and it's five year plan is that backup plan..

It's essential to have this protection because you never know if a device will be good or not. It may come with a manufacturing defect that isn't usually noticed at first, but after a certain amount of use, a problem arises. That's what Geek squad protection is for. About 3 years ago I helped an old friend who is very technologically challenged by a 58” tv. I made sure she bought the 5 year warranty from Best Buy. Just in case. We the just in case happened and the tv failed. I called Best Buy on her behalf and was quickly and efficiently forwarded to a really patient and knowledgeable customer service representative . Following a few questions he informed me the tv was not repairable and that the full purchase price would be refunded. We talked about applying that amount to a newer better larger tv and within 5 minutes delivery date was set. We, of course opted for a new 5 year warranty. A few days later new set arrived and old one taken away. I installed the new set and my friend could not be happier. Great service.

The repair team at the Minnetonka store went above and beyond to assist me with my issue, they weren't able to resolve the issue due to extenuating circumstances, but I left with a plan and was completely satisfied.

Had an issue with my 3 year old 75” Samsung. It needed a new part, so I waited 2 weeks for the repair to happen, which was fine for us because we have another tv. When they got here the part they brought was wrong so he went outside to order it and at that point decided it wasn’t worth it to replace that (and ended up needing a couple other parts that they didn’t realize we needed) so they told us we needed to replace it. It took me maybe 20 minutes to call in the replacement and in a week we had our new tv delivered and the old one was taken out. It would have been extra to have it mounted by geek squad so we opted out but we were so happy with how easy it was for the whole process. So worth it!! And I am assuming it took so long (about 3 weeks total) because of where we live — in the middle of nowhere. I will never buy another tv without geek squad protection!

Geek Squad is great! It’s nice to know I can call on them for repairs and questions!

Great help is setting up the new iPad I bought for my father in law

I bought a 43 inch tv a couple months ago. It got stuck on the loading screen. Tried a manual clear cache and a factory reset to no avail. Called geeksquad I bought a 5 year plan. Even though the tv was over the 30 day in store return since it was pretty new they swapped it out. I hear the horror stories of people and the insurance but in may case they were great. They were really polite and they were here the next morning with my replacement television. I would recommend getting the insurance for anything you care about keeping. I feel a little better knowing that if anything happens they will take care of it quickly. And the people that came to our house cared and were extremely professional and courteous. Kudos to best buy, I will always get protection on any significant purchase and can rest easy knowing Im not going to get a run around and excuses..Thank guys !

Have not used for current tv but I have used in the past and it worked out to my favor. They came checked the tv and recommended it be replaced. I had one a week later and have always purchased tvs from Best Buy ever since

This screen protector is fantastic and I wish I could rate it 6 stars. In a horrific chain of events I tragically dropped my phone from approximately 4 3/4 feet directly onto cold hard pavement littered with gravel. (Dropped it out my car window) I hesitantly exited my vehicle and then proceeded to step directly on top of the phone which was screen side down. To my dismay I observed multiple cracks on the screen of my almost new iPhone 8. I then did the drive of shame back home where I could more closely observe the catastrophic damage to my phone screen. I slowly pulled it out of my pocket as a single tear ran down my face. Suddenly I was overcome with an epiphany. I had purchased and installed this glass protector on my phone. Is it possible that my screen was still intact? Is it possible that this 8 dollar product saved me from replacing my entire screen? I slowly peeled back the screen and was filled with joy. I haven't felt joy like this since I opened up my Nintendo 64 one 1990's Christmas morning. My screen was unscathed. I snapped a picture of the decimated screen cover, and gave it a proper viking burial. Thank you for your service tempered glass screen protector.The description of "ultra clear" is truthful: the clarity of my phone screen isn't at all diminished with it on. Because I have an iPhone 7, no protector can cover the entirety of the screen; this does, however, cover the entire flat part of the screen, unlike other protectors I've tried which were very visibly 1mm too short. The protector also doesn't cause any issues with functionality - touch sensitivity, 3D touch etc. all feel unchanged. The surface feels really smooth to the touch.

I have purchased a mini things through Best Buy and everything I have ever brought. I have never had any problems if something went wrong I needed to return it or if something was damaged and I needed to return it the Best Buy Plaza Airport Road is the best never had a hard time they have always been willing to assist me And I appreciate everything they do Best Buy really stand behind a products thank you guys so much. That’s why I will continue to bring my business to Best Buy. You have an amazing holiday. Be blessed.

The protection plan makes me feel safe that the tv will be working in top condition for at least 5 years.
