Great tv. Only wish it had the blackout screen to only listen to sound while i am sleeping.

In my instance, it was a lifesaver because I had a problem with my tv. The geek squad came immediately & exchanged it. I was wonderfully pleased. Initially i was hesitant because i nave 3 other Samsungs & never had a problem. It was the best decision.

Hope I don’t have to use this but it seemed like a great add on for modern electronics.

The colors are vibrant and the picture is crisp and clear. And no.matter where I sit theres no distortion in picture quality or color. This set delivers tge deepest blacks I have ever seen. The price was great on this set and the installation was professional, quick and easy.

Best protection ever! Had the Geek Squad set up my laptop & move my pics from my old laptop onto a flash drive i purchased & everything was seamless! I was ready to turn on & go with my laptop once i got home with it! Definitely a must to have with any electronics! The techs are so informative & know their stuff!

Give five stars for the warranty but I have not had to use it, yet. Always hear great things about Best Buy warranties.

This geek squad insurance was purchased just in case I had any issues but so far haven’t had any reason to use it

Excellent idea to offer coverage on a TV... Hope to never use, but if I do, coverage is there.

My television died and this warranty bought the newer version of my latest television. You must get the warranty from BB with their products!

First Fire TV purchased, not disappointed, good video quality, good sound, easy to install and navigate.

TV was mounted and looks great. Haven't had any problems 4 years later
