Purchased to replace my 65" thay died. Loved it so much that i purchased a second!!! Football looks great!!!

A must for ALL electronics. We buy with everything. In fact, bought a TV in 2019. The last I leg broke off 4.5 years later. Geek squad se t it back for repair ( which we knew couldn’t be done but went thru the process). We received a text allowing us to watch the entire process. Less than a week later, we were approved for a replacement. Since our TV was no longer offered, we received a full refund. Who does that for a TV leg? Well worth the extra $59.99, to get $290 back. Con: the refund comes on a Best Buy card so you HAVE to buy your replacement at Best Buy. We don’t mind but you might. Amazon does the same with warranties. We like the Allstate warranty best ( formerly Square Trade) because you get an actual refund but we still love Best Buy.

I'mI know that it's not a top tier television, but the picture is outstanding. am azed by the picture quality.

My TV stop working and my protection plan was honored. It was a smooth process. I was very happy with the ending result.

I like getting the Geek Squad Protection because technology today can be intimidating. Having Geek Squad ready to help me solve any problems that come up when I have questions or issues. They are responsive and know right away how to fix the issue.

Its been a while since I used geek squad, but then again when I needed them THEY WERE THERE and did a great job. Great service, nice people and quick. Couldn't ask for more!

He was on time and he explained what was going on what I could expect what my five-year warranty covered what was wrong with my LGQNED TV and what my options were was very kind he was cognizant of, my household and that our household was a disabled household, and I was very appreciative of his generosity his suggestions and his great customer service thank you Harvey for a job well done !!

This 5 year warranty is overall good due to having the best of best fix our electronics.

I bought a LG Oled TV. Best Buy extended warranty is the only one that covers burn in.

Purchased two TV's and made sure to add the 5 year warranty on both. Not a bad price for both.

I started using geek squad after having one experience where we put a warranty on a TV and few months before it expired The backlight went out and we called and geek squad was excellent since then I have put geek squad on every TV that comes into my house with four children we have since used it multiple times and never have had an issue. Definitely recommend to people who are on a budget who can't afford to replace electronics when having issues. Geek squad makes this a non-issue.

I haven’t had to use my Geek Squad protection yet, but having it definitely gives me peace of mind. Especially given how well the installation went.
