    It was an excellent buy you came in handy when my TV went out it was only 4 years old but still I got a brand new TV with very little problem The geek squad was exceptional and the gentleman who worked in the TV department he did an excellent job he found the TV I wanted and he even carried the TV to my car for me because I am disabled

    My LED panel went completely blank causing a black screen just 15 month's after purchase (3 month's after manufacturers warranty) Luckily I paid for the Geek Squad Protection Plan and I've NEVER EVER EVERRRR experienced such kind, knowledgeable, positive and prompt resolution. Being I called in on a Saturday afternoon I assumed I'd have to wait for any resolution until the upcoming week. My BRAND NEW TV will be here today. The following Tuesday of my initial Saturday call.

    As I said in previous reviews, I am lucky enough to have not needed to use this coverage yet, but I am happy to have it there should I need to utilize it in the future. Geek squad is very knowledgeable and competent in knowing how to fix the problem. Should you need to use them for any issues that arise, I highly recommend getting the extra coverage whether you're purchasing a product for yourself or under your Best Buy business account. I have geek squad coverage for my home products and business.

    Sound Blew on 55" Vizio

    I called about the warranty for the sound on my Vizio 55" tv. After awhile I was finally able to get through to a non-automated server, Erich. He was cordial and helped me find the serial number. I had a little difficulty understanding the numbers sometimes, but hopefully they are ok.

    The employee was extremely helpful finding the TV that I had wanted also recommended a warranty that was slightly more expensive but gave more protection for the value ...So overall I am very satisfied thank you

    A Must Have on Any Item You Buy Big or Small

    With the Quality of longevity with Washers, Dryers, Refrigerators, TV's, any Electronics product going down the tubes over the last few decades it is extremely important to just save yourself the headaches that will come not if because they definitely will. I have had to go through the Geek Squad protection services in the past on other products and they have done a great job in handling the issue and either fixing, replacing or giving you a gift card to replace the items all together. Granted recently with the Covid in the mix wait times became in the hours to get thru but I believe that will work itself out in the near future. I didn't buy extra warranties on my last two sets of Washers and dryers and they lasted on cue about 4 years and then it gets ugly with costs of repairs trying to figure it out your self etc.

    My LG C1 died on me, it was just 3 years old. For that purchase I thought I didn't need a protection plan. Never again for expensive TVs. I got the plan for my new TV. Better safe than having to buy new TV.
