We probably won’t ever need it but it’s good to have just in case

The protection that this plan covers is needed in my opinion with unforseen technical issues that may arise later. All electronic purchases such as TVs should have a plan that exceeds the standard warranty as you're adding an extra blanket of security on your investment. This is one of the reasons that I primarily opt to purchase from Best Buy for my television purchases due to the affordable plans that you're able to add. Great value for sure.

Bought it for my Sony which probably I won’t be using due the Sony brand is an excellent one. But due to so many power outages where I live, I choose to play safe with my Sony. I previously gad for an LG and used once, and it’s a very good warranty.

Love it for TV , never had any issues though but great peace of mind

I javent had to use this warranty as of yet,but i have never had any problems in past.

The best thing the Best Buy includes is the guaranteed of the products.

Thank goodness for the warranties makes the process of buying easier knowing you're back up by BB. This warranty protected me and got me a new tv cause my unit became defective.

I normally am conflicted, should I purchase the warranty or not? Save some money? Boy was I glad to have made the purchase. The fees associated with repair/replace the item exceeded the amount for Geek Squad warranty. I highly recommend everyone consider this warranty to cover your purchases.

I really hate the geek squad when it comes to cell phones, but, my TV experience with geek squad was exceptional. They were quick, and had some options I wanted at a super low price. They were also ready to take care of my situation, before I was, that is quick service

I will recommend this brand, because is a good material

I had one year left on this extended warranty which really paid off about a year ago when I returned to my summer and found my 75" Panasonic dead. The first technician who showed up was less than friendly, though in all fairness, did a good job of the initial installation, when I got my regular Geek Squad tech out to finish the job, everything worked out beautifully.

I haven't had to use this yet, thankfully. Bought this coverage with a brand new LG OLED TV. Seemed like a practical buy given the price of the tv.

Doesn't matter what the issue is, Best Buy is always there to fix it or replace the item. I got this with my mom's Samsung TV and there was a dark cloud spot on the screen. Samsung refused to fix it it. They said it was "tolerable for them." I called Best Buy and emailed them the pictures. They told me to bring the TV in and they exchanged it.

It s good t have extra protection when offered. This dhows customer satisfaction in case something goes wrong..Satisfied customer generates more orders, more NEW customers Thank you!

If you are buying something that is electronic, you will want this for the peace of mind. I have this on all my PC's, peripherals and TV's. I have had numerous issues resolved by bringing a PC into the store and I have had an in home visit for a large printer issue. Good people, they know what they are doing and the price is right.. do this, you wont regret it.

Always buy the warranty with electronics. I regret buying this Roku tv and will buy a better brand next time.

I was happy with Insignia 50" bought two, one went down a year later, glad I purchased a warranty! I would purchase purchase again only with warranty. I purchased two 50" Samsung's that lasted 2 and 3 years that didn't have warranty. I have a 48" Panasonic Plasma from 2008 that's still strong. I have family and friends that own Insignia for years with no issues. Bottom line, luck of the draw, buy a warranty!

My girlfriend and I purchased the Vizio 50" M50-D1 Smartcast without knowing exactly what to expect because that model was in between the ones on display at the time. Let me tell you though, that i was blown away by this TV! We hadn't even realized until unboxing it that it came with it's own tablet/controller, which is a cool bonus feature. This 4K TV far exceeded all of my expectations, looking as crisp and vibrant as some of the much more expensive competitors on the market. For the price, you absolutely can't go wrong!!

After wandering the Internet for a few weeks looking for the best option for a TV, I came across this unit. I was concerned after calling Samsung and them telling me that it did not support Plex. I went into the local store and was looking at another system and while talking with the guy about the TV I came in for he brought my attention back to this one. I explained that I called Samsung about the Plex issue, but he was certain that it supported Plex. So we got the one on the internet and after a quick update it loaded up Plex... I couldnt have been happier!
