I recommend always purchasing an extending warranty with any electronic/appliance you buy these days. It has paid off for me in so many ways, whereas I would be stuck with a huge repair bill or an unusable product. Best Buy has always been terrific about honoring their extended warranties, with with repair or replacement. The Geek Squad has always been easy to deal with, whether in store or home delivery and set up.

Great store and delivery service. Would definitely recommend.

OLED is the way to go for amazing picture quality. The display is very thin, but thenbase is the heaviest part. Keep tyat in mind if you wallmount it. Habe a second person with you to help.

Protects my electronics and if they can't repair they replace. Love it

I never disappointed at Best Buy or Geek Squad’s quality of service. I haven’t had to take any help from Geek Squad for my recent purchases. But I have in the past and I never regretted my decision.

We have very destructive cats in the house, so it's probably a good investment to have a coverage.

I don't usually buy protection plans, but I have found the plans at Best Buy are well worth the money, especially on products valued at over a hundred dollars. I have every confidence in Best Buy now that I have had the experience of needing the protection plan. They were fast, efficient and I am so glad we had protection on our products. (Cell phone, tablet, TV and Laptop) Don't leave the store without checking out the protection plan for your purchase. Safety first means coverage to protect your electronics and access to quality repairs.

Worth the extra money was able to get my broken tv replaced

This purchase was a great idea when buying my laptop.

I had Alex Snow , a Geek Squad member , to repair my Toshiba 43" 4K Chromecast tv , under manufacturer warranty. Alex was pleasant and extremely helpful. After ordering the part to repair my tv and scheduling a return visit , we found out 2 weeks later that the part was back ordered by 2 months. Alex was instrumental in getting me a replacement tv without any inconvenience. For this , I purchased the Geek Squad extended service plan and just wanted to say thank you again Snow , great service was appreciated.

This extended warranty makes me feel safer than my last extended warranty from my auto dealership

 This TV came right on time. My old one went out on me. My warranty was up so I had to get a new one. I seen this one the price was right, so I got it brilliant picture look like I chose the right one. 

Whenever you buy something from Best Buy’s and are offered a warranty get it. Best Buy’s has the best hassle free warranty service you just have to know how to describe your problem, when my sister tv was messing up she got it checked out 3 times until I told her to explain to them that the tv goes blank after hours of use. Come to find out the motherboard on the tv was the problem which got fixed right away when explained the problem properly in stead of just saying it goes black sometimes.

They were backed up so I had my son in law install and set TV up

Had a smaller tv , fire tv also. When we was looking for a gift for us. Found this on sale, we drove 60 miles round trip to get it. IT WAS TOTALLY WORTH THE TIME. PICTURE IS SO CRIP, CAN SEE EVERYTHING SO MUCH BETTER.

I have been shopping at same location (West Nashville) store for over 20 years and have been very happy with staff, help and products knowledge and availability and Geek Squad. Thank you Geek squad and every one at Best buy store.
