Geeksquad is the way to go with protection on your electronics at best. Good customer service and prices are fair for the length of time it's protected.

Can't go wrong with a 5 year warranty on your bigger investment in your house. Have used Geek Squad previously and was happy with their customer service.

I think it is a really good product. I had an issue with a Sony TV and fortunately I had the five-year protection plan through Best Buy and they warranty the TV out for me.

Best warranty and service for the price. Geek squad deliverd my tv to replace a faulty one after 2 years. They even removed and took the old tv with them.

Well worth purchasing on an expensive oled tv. Reasonable for 5 year warranty.

Cool that is included. Honestly is helpful because not many Apple stores are nearby but sometimes I feel like I should just go to Apple instead. Also, some interactions I’ve had previously with the TV not the greatest customer service.

With Best Buy membership you get Geek squad protection and special membersip prices. You cant beat Best buy prices!

Okay, how do you write a review for a service contract you have yet to use. So this is based on previous service contracts I have bought from Best Buy. This one is for our LG TV but the previous one was for our Sony Bravia TV. It paid off as the Sony gave out right as the manufacturer warranty was going away. The problem was the panel so Best Buy opted to swap it out. NOTE: They did try to give us the base model Sony saying it would do everything our original TV did. I complained it should cover the cost of the TV not the features as there was also an aesthetic quality and while the newer TV would do all the stuff our old Sony did, the old Sony was a nicer looking model. I offered to meet them half way and they let me upgrade to the nicer Bravia and split the cost with me. Best Buy has always been able to work with me and why we bought a contract on the new LG OLED TV. Simply put, you can't go wrong in getting the warranty on expensive items and an OLED TV right now would cost way more than we paid for the one we got. Hoping it doesn't go out but if it does, Best Buy has our back.

I don’t care who you are or how careful you think you can be, that extra layer of protection is top tier, for sure.

I paid for a 2year warranty. When tv went out and i called, i was told they didnt sell the tv in that size(58") any longer so i would have to pay $80 difference for a bigger one,plus $63 for a new warranty or they would refund me for what i payed for tv a year ago. Im confused. What was the need for a warranty if they werent going to honor it? Customer service is nasty and very unprofessional.

I've reached out to them over the TV that wasn't delivered at the time because I did not receive a phone call or email about the service. When it was canceled. They reached out, communicated with me and properly corrected issue.

Cant speak on other warranties or services but definitely geek squad took care of me. Specifically Norman the tech i was lucky to get. This is a must have and it gives you a peace of mind

Definitely recommend getting this for large purchases. I've never needed to use it. But it definitely is a peace of mind. I know people that have used it. I have a family member that Is a best buy manager and they fully recommend it as it does pay for itself most tye time
