Awesome everything is fine and covered with geek squad

I have read several reviews from people complaining about best buy and best buy products and policies so i decided to add a review. I love best buy and i have been a member for many years and just llke this last buy. Its amazing i bought a 98 inch qled tv and had it delivered and installed on the wall. I got the best service and a breath taking television. Its better than the movie theaters.

Installation was good and customer service answering questions great.

The squad mounted the tv and ensured all was working before departing. Excellent service.

IF YOU BUY ANY TV YOU MUST BUY THE GEEK SQUAD PROTECTION IT COVER FOR A FULL REPLACEMENT IF THEY CAN'T FIX IT

I had trouble with my last tv--thank goodness I had Geek Squad protections. They came out and fixed it at no cost. I was glad I did it!

The price was quite reasonable for this. Being a Samsung TV, life expectancy and lack of trouble is to be expected. My Mom had one for 20 years with no trouble. I probably won't need the service, but if I do, I know Best Buy will take care of the issue for the next 5 years. I feel safe with this, but hope to never need it.

Getting a hold of someone to help is a chore. Within a month of buying our new TV set it started acting up. When you call for assistance you’re calling out if the country. I don’t care about that , it’s just that when you can’t understand the person you’re taking to and your request to be transferred to The USA and get ignored, that’s frustrating . I believe the person on the other end is trying to help but then refusing my request is disrespectful . I went to the Best Buy near me and they would not take a service request, they said I had to call it in.
