2-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection incase I have software issues.

Always go with the Squad! Otherwise here in Hawaii it’s nearly impossible to find anyone capable or willing to fix your electronics for less than what you paid brand new!

I bought it because the price was very reasonable. Hopefully I'll never need it. The true test of how good it is will be if I ever try to use it.

Other stores would offer warranty but for $100 and some change we got the 5 year warranty couldn't resist a offer like that

The squad unhooked water and removed the old refrigerator- they had to take off the doors in order to get it out of the kitchen. They put it in the driveway for later pIckup by PNM for recycling. Then they installed the new refrigerator and hooked it up to the water supply. They made sure it was level and placed properly in the space. The squad was very helpful and professional. Excellent work!!

They mounted my TV with no problem. They took out all the packaging materials and TV box and hauled it off. They answered and showed me how to use the TV. Highly recommend them!

I needed service on another TCL TV with dead pixels after the manufacturer warranty ran out. Service guy assessed the issue as unrepairable. So, the extended warranty kicked and a new a TV was ordered. Delivered yesterday and I completed the set up. All is well again.

There’s No doubt about it. If you have been a best buy loyal customer like myself then you would know that geek squad is definitely the go to for any purchase from here. They help you and they also give you a sense of security that your product is going to be protected no matter what.

I wish I can give 0 stars. The worst experience I’ve EVER experienced with Best Buy and I always have them install stuff. The one guy was EXTREMELY RUDE!!! He didn’t do anything I put in my order and kept saying it wasn’t there. Then they didn’t even finish setting up my tv. If this the type of people they have working with them now I won’t be coming back! From the start to the end the man was Rude, rude, rude!!!! I asked for the cord to be hidden in the order, he said it wasn’t in there (in a snarky tone). I asked for the old tv to be relocated in the order. He said oh no I’ll have to charge you (again in a rude tone). He left without setting the tv up, but honestly I didn’t want his negative rude self in my house any longer anyways. Never again!!!

Called them about a problem- ended up not being a technical issue, I asked him what he suggested I do, he told me and it worked. Great people to deal with

I mounted my TV to a TV stand mount. I purchased the 2 year extended warranty with it. The one thing I didn't know is when you do purchase the extended warranty it runs side by side with the manufacturer warranty which I didn't know it did it that way. I thought it started after the manufacturer warranty ended but it doesn't. So he sure to ask questions about that.

So I've had this since 2021 now. Absolutely NO issues at all. I liked it so much that I sent one to my brother in Texas! It has EVERYTHING you need in a coffee maker: hot water dispenser, frother, pod ability, filter for ground beans ability and most importantly, my 81 year old technology challenged mother can use it with ease!

Great to have when you need it. Came in handy a few times.

It was very easy to replace the TV when it broke. I recommend buying the warranties because they are really worth it.

Haven’t had to use it yet but it gives me a peace of mind knowing my product will be taken care of.

TV's are so cheaply made these days, a warranty is almost required.
