Great tv service with a lot of patience with all my questions

I bought the extra insurance in case anything unforseen happens to my electronics I don't make much money, so I can't afford to replace things all the time.

Best Buy warranty used to be better but with what they still offer can’t go wrong with a warranty.

Very reasonably priced warranty that I hope I don't have to use but is a good piece of mind for expensive items

Havent used the geek squad warranty but purchased as the coverage is a fair price. If the backlight fails, the replacement cost is mire than the 5 year warranty/service plan.

Haven't had to use it yet, but have never had an issue with warranty plans from Best Buy!

I have boughten many electronics from Best Buy over the years. However, I would recommend purchasing extended warranty coverage just incase. I did have a couple repairs done in the past. They were very satisfactorily performed with a high degree of professionalism. Be sure to purchase a Geek Squad Protection plan for all troubleshooting, service needs and operational advice.

While I haven’t had to use the warranty yet, they’ve never failed me on the few past issues I did have with other warranties.

Have not used the protection service yet. I hope I never have too. That's the reason I only gave it 4 stars. I hated even to rate it until I use it if I ever do. I believe there is a time limit on rating it. I do know they did a very nice jog delivering it and installing it.

Having coverage on a super expensive greatest tv of all time til 2030 is very relieving

The Squad really went out their way to make sure I was able to use my GS Warranty to the fullest.. They made sure I was able to purchase a replacement TV after my original wouldn't stay powered on.. They gave me great suggestions on different TV's to purchase with the amount I was given on my store credit..

My new machine was loaded with all my info correctly.

I thought I has a problem so I called and they came and even though problem was operator error they were very nice about it and made sure I knew how to use it. THANKS GEEK SQUAD!

Had to use my extended warranty. Best Buy was very helpful and took care of the problem. They credited the full cost of my old tv to my new tv, Would recommend the extended warranty. It saved me a lot of money. Happy customer.

Best Buy offers Geek Squad protection and service agreements on all their TV's, computers, appliances, etc. The service agreement packages are all fairly reasonable, and since most manufacturers only guarantee their products for one year, extending the warranty through Geek Squad is a great value. Over the past ten years, I have purchased multiple TV's and computers through Best Buy. I have also purchased service agreements for all those purchases. On several occasions, my TV or computer has needed a repair at apprx the 5 year mark (from date of purchase). Geek Squad diagnosed the issue and determined that the product needed to be replaced. Since I had an extended warranty, Best Buy delivered a brand new product. No hassels, just good service.
