Had 2 tvs replaced by Best Buy and had no problems with them! I always buy it on all my tvs! About to buy another tv from Best Buy and the service plan! Only people I buy from!

Thankfully, I haven't had to call them about my tv, but I've had good luck with them in the past of laptops and other pcs.

This is the first of the Qled tv's that i purchased, i love it! What a picture! i would take a picture for the review. but you can't see this quality with just a picture. Buy one you will love it too! I am getting ready to but a 85" Neo Qled. Guessing i won't be disappointed

Had to use my warrant within 1 days on my tv... Nothing dude to the TV itself. I bought an open box 75 and it had hot spots. The TV was swapped out with a brand new 1 although I bought open box for hundreds left.

Excellent service on time no hassle, Called store they sent repair man out he kept appointments as scheduled... New TV was delivered no questions asked.

Would not purchase an expense item without having a extended warranty and the price was right.
