I bought the 5 year Geek Squad protection for my previous Hisense TV that stopped working about 2 years later. It wasn't cost effective to fix it so they replaced it with another Hisense TV which I also bought another 5 year protection. I am so happy I had protection!

TV got here safe and sound without any breaks in the display.

Worth it especially since appliances are but built to last anymore

We buy this on every TV we buy. Hopefully we won't need it on the new TV! We did use it on our previous TV The Geek squad spent a couple of hours trying to find out what was wrong. Once they figured it out, they fixed it quickly. Very efficient!

Figures out to be $10 a year, well worth it.As my other tv lasted 4 1/2 years.

It's a must buy when I purchase any TV. If anything goes wrong best buy will either fix the item or any issues associated with the TV. Insurance gives me peace of mind that I am covered for any cracks, TV damage, power source damage if TV will not start, anything really.. It saves me from worrying.

Very good havnt try it yet but will soon but i got to get another tv first

Several times in recent weeks when I purchased my merchandise I make sure I get the geek squad I've been with Best buy for over 13 years and geek squad does a excellent job when it comes down to taking care of customers merchandise so if you don't have that warranty make sure you get that warranty because geek squad will take care of you

I havent used it but it does offer peace of mind knowing im covered.

Excellent color and everything else, could've ask for a nicer little tv. I use it for gaming on my ps5 and it is just perfect with game mode.

I always purchased Best Buy's GSP when I purchase large ticket items (e.g. TV, Computer, etc.) and they usually don't disappoint. Just make sure when you're purchasing a GSP that it doesn't run the same length of time as the manufacturer's warranty because it's pointless at that point. Other than that, replacing a defective unit is fairly easy.

I always get protection on that items that I purchased because you never know what may happen.

WE discovered after unboxing the 75 inch television, that there was an internal flaw....the screen did not show! When I called, the gentleman said a replacement television would be sent out and the flawed one would be picked up....and it was within 3 days!!!

This television is awesome. The picture and quality is outstanding. I would recommend it to anyone.

Best Buy & geek squad always resolve any & all problems. Have never had any issue getting help with any situation I’ve had. Buy all my electronics here and will continue to do so.
