As electronics get more and more complicated and how susceptible they are to conditions it give me peace of mind. I recently had a 50" TV repaired in home by Geek Squad on the plan. They were quick, efficient, and fixed the issue. Without this plan I would have been out an expensive TV after only 2 years. I don't get this on everything I buy. But I buy it on a lot of electronics. I don't always use it. But without it I would have been out more money than the plans cost me.

I wanted to make sure I had a safe guard with this ROKU TV in case of future issues

The protection plan is good overall. What I don't like is it doesn't kick in until a year after you purchase which wasn't obvious when I bought the TV. You have to go through the TV provider for the first year on most models. So, basically, you are paying for a 4 year plan instead of a 5 year, because you can't use the plan in the first year of owning your tv. The bottom line, you shouldn't be charged for a 5 year plan if it is only good for 4 years.

What more can I say? This place is the best great customer service . Very knowledgeable staff great customer service like I said this is the best place I’ve been for electronics and I will continue coming for eight years and come. I will also try family fresh.

Most of us carry the insurance plans for cell phones each month as a "what if scenario," this is no different for high end home entertainment equipment. For less than cellular insurance and no "deductibles," this is a must have piece of mind. Better to have and not need, than to need and not have.
