When I tell you that Geek Squad service is flippin AWESOME that's what I mean they really go hard trying to help and if they can't do it then they roll out a new product or a refund......I love me some Geek Squad!!

This protection is a must and adds a sense of ease when purchasing items that may fail outside of manufactures warranty. Value for the money is also good.

Excellent TV. This was actually an Open Box. I got an excellent deal on it from bestbuy. Didn't come with the Remote, I called LG and they shipped me one at ni extra cost

I had an issue with Tv called spoke with a service tech he verifed glitch and replaced it without any hassle the warranty is well worth the money

Customer service is absolutely horrible, especially when combined with best buy customer service. I purchased protection plan on a tv from best buy, said tv stopped working. I have been waiting on a replacement tv going on 3 months now, everytime they schedual an appointment to bring a tv and I change my daily plan to accommodate it they send a text telling me I have to reschedule. That in itself takes 20 to 30 minutes. My customer satisfaction with geek squad AND best buy is ZERO. I will not ever purchase anything from either again.

I purchased an Insignia TV and less than 2 months the TV broke. I took it back, no questions asked just gave me the credit for the purchase. Now I did not get credit for the 5 year warranty but it was ok since there were no questions asked and credit given for a new tv. Best Buy has the best Geek Squad warranties you could ask for

The agents were very polite and courteous. They even put on bags over their shoes to cover the soles from getting our living room carpet all dirty. Our TV screen had been damaged from a direct hit by a flying drone. Agents went through the process step by step with us and made sure all options were assessed. I recommend buying coverage for all your tech. We’ll worth the purchase.

I normally am conflicted, should I purchase the warranty or not? Save some money? Boy was I glad to have made the purchase. The fees associated with repair/replace the item exceeded the amount for Geek Squad warranty. I highly recommend everyone consider this warranty to cover your purchases.

Awesome squad mate for everything to do with fixing

Avoid the hassle and expense of buyi g a new tv. I had two tv fail after 3 years. Both were covered by the 5 year extended warranty and either fixed or replaced without any hassle. I bought a plasma tv 14 years ago and still works without issue. These LEDs are less reliable

You can't beat getting protection and troubleshooting abilities with expert technicians when it comes to your electronics. I've been dealing with Best Buy for 15 years and have never been disappointed with it's services. I ALWAYS get the Geek Squad Protection Plan for peace of mind and assurance of my product. The fact that the Geek Squad plan covers so much for so long and the cost is so little for what its worth, it would be crazy not to purchase this deal! 5 years > 2 years the payment comparison will tell you all you need to know!

I recommend always purchasing an extending warranty with any electronic/appliance you buy these days. It has paid off for me in so many ways, whereas I would be stuck with a huge repair bill or an unusable product. Best Buy has always been terrific about honoring their extended warranties, with with repair or replacement. The Geek Squad has always been easy to deal with, whether in store or home delivery and set up.

I generally purchase protection plans for large ticket items and for smaller ticket items if the costs of the protection plan does not exceed 15% of the purchase price which is still a bit high. I have had to use the benefits of a protection plan before and for the most part it is worthwhile. Seems that the satisfaction level is largely based on the store's management policies and store reps. In a worst case scenario it's good insurance if you have product failure and or need support service.

I received excellent service from the Geek Squad as they brought the new TV that I had purchased and installed it for me. They also asked me if I had an questions about the operation of it so that they could explain. Everything I wondered about they did explain. And if any other questions arise I know I can call them up to get the answer. They are always courteous and helpful.
