When my tv started acting up, the 5 year guarantee was life saving from geek squad. They really made it an easy process.

I got this tv on my birthday special buy with Best Buy. I got the tv for $430, 65 inch Samsung, and got the 2 year protection plan and I paid $519 total with taxes. That was a steal of a deal.

Great TV! I’ve had it for a few months and I’ve had no issues with it.

They’ll come and take care of everything for you. Miguel was helpful in explaining everything and connecting All of the accessories I had.

Their were able to answer all my questions in regards of needing to either replace or fix my TV which said me money and a trip.

This was a great deal as well and i am glad to say i haven’t had to use it. Haven’t had any issues with my Lg Smart TV and purchased it December 2016 as a gift to myself. Not bad if i don’t say so myself!!

I like geek squad! There usually pretty good at what they do! Haven't need to use this yet and hopefully won't have to but it's definitely handy to have!
