Got my replacement but your protection goes away if you make a claim. 5 year is kind of misleading.

Usually, I never get the extended warranties, but in today's age of electronics, its a sound investment.

28th Street Grand Rapids store is awesome - they know how to care for customers and really help! I was treated poorly at the Alpine store, really poorly

1st TV was faulty. Got new one shipped out and no problems with 2nd unit

Had some a problem arise with a product. Geek squad took care of it immediately over the phone. Unfortunately had to replace it but they did it fast and without any problems at all!! They exceeded my expectations!

Worth it to get for insuring your more expensive purchases. Every time I ever had an issue with one of my electronics geek squad was incredibly helpful and fixed the problem.

I always get the Best Buy warranties, they are great, never had a bad experience when i had to use my warranty. Worth getting.

I have not had to use the geek squad so I really can’t give an accurate review. But it is nice to know they are there if I have any problems with my Toshiba tv.

I am happy the geek squad protection plan was purchased. This purchase will give me peace of mind in case something happens to the television. Even though the television is new sometimes things happen unexpectedly without warning. So having this will eliminate any uneasiness of this purchase. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

You never know what could go wrong or when. I invested a substantial amount on my television and certainly hope it lasts as long as my last one which is 16 years old and still works fine. I just wanted some new features. It will likely be a while before I want to upgrade again so if this one fails for any reason, the added protection will help prevent unnecessary costs.

Having protection on any device is needed you never know when you’ll need it. Anything can happen

Nice tv picture quality but you have to sign into samsung every single time you do anything on this tv because SaMGSUnG suksballs
