I purchased this to make sure if I had any issues that it would be repaired quickly. Never had to use it except on the occasional xBox Controller. This was purchased for a TV which is always good to have.

Got this for my tv. I had in burn in last time and wanted a peace of mind.

I was happy to see that my "open box" item (which was a Samsung 40" LED tcv) was eligible for best buy protection and was decently priced as well. So now I have that added level of comfort in knowing that if anything goes wrong with my TV Best Buy will fix or replace it... its always worth it especially when purchasing an open box item

I bought the extended warranty for our 65” TCL Google Q6 tv really cheap insurance if anything happens to our tv.

Protection protection protection people please get the protection plans when buying these valuable items, it is very worth it

I always buy a Best Buy protection plan with any electronic devices. I have used there protection plans in the past when needed and it's great peace of mind knowing if something breaks, Best Buy will fix it or replace it.

Great to have this coverage if needed. Hope to never have to use it but good to have that peace of mind.

Bought a Vizio M class two years ago and the TV went out. Terrible process dealing with the appointment could not understand the person on other line. Great local technician made up for the appointment.

It's worth having and I recommend it to anyone that's thinking about it!

The geek squad did a great job, hanging and installing my new tv. Very happy with the service.

This TV was not the one I came in the store for but ended up being a great buy! They store ran out of the product I was looking for right at Christmas time. Clerk found a comparable model for me within my price range. I was a little hesitant due to volume in the store did not seem very loud. Got it home it is wonderful.

I usually don't buy extended warranties unless the product cost me some real cash and I plan on keeping it a while. I bought it for a big TV back when they were still pretty expensive and it definitely paid off. So make your own decision but I think it's worth it if the product cost enough and you plan on keeping it

Good to have this, when needing answers to questions. Generally speaking, Geek squad people are very helpful. I have run into a few that were unable to answer questions, that I later found out were pretty common sense. Every one has different skill levels.

Loved the service. It was quick, easy and enjoyable.

Great value for a $200 TV. A lot of these budget TVs are pretty nice, but dont tend to last more than a few years

Best purchase I have ever made! Three years after buying a new TV, it broke and could not be fixed. I was able to get a brand new, and bigger TV for free! I, of course, renewed my 5 yr plan, though I hope the new TV lasts me a lobg time!

I haven’t needed the service thankfully but I’m confident you’ll take great care of me.

Great to have the extra protection. Had to use it for my last TV-not a Sony. Got full refund and bought the Sony TV

Best Buy always takes care of me and with this plan I have no worries that my item is protected. I can sleep knowing I’m good especially being an Army family moving the time things happen but best but has the best plans to cover you for sure.
