I love the laptop, like to keep them as long as possible, and this seemed prudent. I mean, I really like the laptop (Samsung Book2 360 13" screen).

I love my Toshiba Fire TV, with its beautiful crisp picture and great sound. It has multiple HDMIs and with having Roku/Amazon apps, I no longer need the usb sticks. Would recommend.

Haven't had the need for this yet but 5 years is a long time. Seeing as how my LG CX had problems after 3 years, I'm hoping that my new LG C3 will perform better.

So because of my C1 TV just shutting off I decided to get this extra protection plan to protect my C2 TV for an extra year, hopefully I don’t have any problems so far so good

I have used them in the past when my computer was hacked into. Hackers really messed up my computer. I appreciated the service Geek Squad did for me. They cleaned it well. Problem was solved...and I got my money back from my Visa Card....The hackers were really stupid--committed fraud BIG TIME!

The quality on the screen is impeccable and don’t get me started on the colors. truly worth every penny. it fits perfectly in any setting. If you want luxury and quality, this is it.

Normally I don't like protection or extended warranties plans. I figure if you buy good products if anything goes wrong it will happen doing the warranty period. But recently I had some bad experience and feel this is worth the money.

This warranty set my mind at ease when I made my purchase, because I was able to enjoy my purchase without any worries if something were to go wrong.

Absolute garbage OS. Won’t connect using Ethernet using a 1Gbps fiber connection. Won’t stay connected on Wi-Fi 6 mesh. Can’t login using TV or app. Won’t update apps because they’re not installed but they’re also installed by default? Can’t add tv as a device because my email is already registered to the device? Replacing with Sony. $4.5k piece of garbage.

Purchased this 5 year plan for my OLED Tv. Best buy is the only retailer I found that covers burn in as part of their warranty. Only warranty worth the price for OLEDs in the U.S

I had a Samsung 50" 1080p TV that went out and was non-repairable after 15 months. I replaced it with a Samsung 50" 4K TV and decided that it would be good to have a backup plan, so I bought the 5 year Service Policy when I bought the new TV. I didn't want to feel cheated by Samsung again and I know that the Geek Squad and Best Buy will back up the product.

I always try to get a protection plan when i buy more expensive items.

Haven't had to use it, but I've got it. Just in case.
