I buy Best Buy products all the time, from TV’s to cell phones... but what is most important to me is the peace of mind I get purchasing the protection plans. I know if something goes wrong I have a team of people at my disposal to help me figure out and fix whatever the issue is.

Get it! Get it! Get it! Trust me if you have a very active household this is a great buy for you and your family!

I have not actually had to use the geek squad protection for this item, but Best Buy has one of the best warranty programs in the industry. They truly do protect the products you buy from them and if you have an issue do not make you feel like an idiot.

I love the quality, features, and being able to stream movies concerts and other special events

Would recommend adding coverage , reliable and a good price

This isn't a large screen TV and I wouldn't buy it (or a larger size) for the main viewing area in my house but it works fine for the bedroom for nighttime viewing. It doesn't have as clear a display as my larger Sony but I'm OK with that. I did have to call Visio to get help adjusting the audio settings to work right with my cable provider but now that all settings are correct I no longer have sound issues. For the cost, it was a good purchase.

If U need the Coverage its comforting knowing that you have five years if the need of repair or replacement arises

I bought this protection only because it was not so expensive and figured why not. Manufacturers don't make things to last like they use to so I figure i protect myself just in case.

I would have given 5 stars because the protection is good but Best Buy in store customer service tried to make me pay twice for Geek Squad protection if my son hadn't noticed

Geek squad gives me peace of mind whenever I buy new technology. It's helped me several times and I either get a replacement or a fix.

I have not needed with my TV but in the distant past used the Geek Squad for a lap top.

Got this TV for my living room but ended up putting it in my bedroom. Easy to setup, picture quality is great. I would purchase again.

I never purchase a television, or in that case, anything of worth without purchasing the Geek Squad Protection Plan. It is a wonderful feeling knowing that if anything were to happen to my television, Geek Squad has my back. They even offer free at-home diagnostics for televisions 55" or higher..

Geek Squad is responsive and quick with their help. I’ve never been disappointed in their solutions to any problems or inquiries I’ve had.

Whenever anything goes wrong with a product, this plan definitely comes in handy! Not many of my purchases end up without this plan! The service desk is always understanding, and always willing to do whatever they can to take care of their members.

Professionalism at its best and arrived earlier than expected.

I replaced an older 50 inch Plasma TV with this Sony 55 inch and was completely amazed at the contrast, sharpness, and color brilliance of this TV. Even my Lady Friend enjoyed it that evening I installed it. The installation was easy as well considering how light it is. Now all I have to do is find more time to watch it!!!

Havent reqlly had any issues at all with my purchase, call geek squad fot help for little details and they have a great customer service/tips.

Was very relucatant about purchasing extended warranty. After speaking with the knowledgable staff at the Best Buy Store nearest me about the value behind the support for Televisions sold in-store, I knew that I wanted the longest lifespan on my device and knew the coverage and cost was worth it

Easy to buy but so far we have not had to use it. The only concern so far was handled by the manufacturer.
