Helpe set up smart tv to my new receiver ove the phone.

I have had this coverage on all my tv's and the few times I had to use it the service was excellent.

When purchasing an expensive item from Best Buy, I always purchase the Geek Squad Protection plan. I've had several items under the Geek Squad plan replaced with no worries.

Sharp quality and large screen size, for a small price.

I purchased the 5 Yr Geek Squad Protection Pan for my Purchase just incase the worst happens and I need to Repair or have the Item Replaced. In my Opinion I think it was expensive for a 5 Year Plan. Also, it has many Restrictions that is in Fine Print that it does NOT cover. But in my opinion I paid so much for my TV I wanted to be Safe and not sorry.

Love how we are protected in case something happens to our purchase.

I have purchased this protection on several of my Best Buy products over the years and they have replaced one of my TVs and assisted me in troubleshooting and/or repair of other electronic items. Love it!!

Totally worth getting the Geek Squad guarantee. Anything that happens to it the Geek Squad is there.

With all that can go wrong with these new TV's, why would you not buy a 5 year protection offered at such a reasonable price?! Best Buy's Geek Squad has always come through for us, in person and on the phone.

They are the best when needed for service or over the phone.

The 2 year protection plan works great. I buy it for a majority of my products and whenever I need a service or replacement I take my product in, the associate sees that I have the protection plan and they replace the product with a brand new one.

Geek squad protection will be something I get on all my expensive purchases super easy to use

I had a very expensive plasma screen television covered under this plan. It went out a few months ago, and Geek Squad was very helpful in attempting to repair it. The TV was never fixed, and because Best Buy no longer sells plasma screens, I was able to get store credit for the product.

I have an appoint thursday regarding my Ipad. I have an old hp and the help has been fantastic!!! Just a phone call away. Looking forward to see hw my grdson enjoys his new TV. No worries qeek squad contract. :)

The geek squad has always stood by their service agreements. I always purchase this service when buying any type of electronics. Best Buy's Geek squad has always been fast and quality service.

I never faced any problems with the Geeksquad. Each time I faced technical difficulties in my product, either they just replaced it or if the product was discontinued they refunded the entire amount. Awesome service.

I have always used Best Buy Geek Squad I think it is the best warranty you can have I bought my LG OLED from Best Buy and I got their warranty because LG does not cover burn in Best Buy does Geek Squad is number one

When I bought my last TV geek squad replaced my TV with no questions asked when they could not repair it because I purchased the protection plan and will continue to get the added protection while under the 5 year plan!

Great If you ever have any issues with your products after the manufactures warranty advise you to get this they’re very responsive and want to make things right if there’s an issue and they do fix things quickly or replace it
