I'm thankful that I don't have to worry for several years that my TV is gonna break down. My previous TV died just a little over a year, and of course I didn't get the warranty that time! Learned my lesson.

Having the Geek Squad Protection has been very helpful. It's now been upgraded to "Total Tech Support", but is worth having the benefits of this 'Insurance Policy'.

I never had to use a protection plan yet but its nice to know that they will cover your purchase if anything goes wrong within that time frame.

Have not had to use this yet and hoping that we don't. Still nice to know that if we do need it that it is there. Some of the other things we bought in the past, we also added this protection.

Good deal for the money. It is another product as many other brands offer. But it is the one available from Best Buy. Fair enough to not complaint.

Great tech service for all technology appliances you purchase they do they best And they make sure to tell you what things are needed and are going to be done for them to be able to fix the appliances

its there when i have an issue and have not run into one yet so its hard to tell im sure it would be of a great benefit if i run into and issue

I have used the Geek Squad twice now and have had a great experience both times. The first was for a tv the other was home computer. They are very professional and patient. They answered all my question.

I have always purchased the service plans for all my equipment. It is easy to just bring in your defective unit for the replacement. And by extending your warranty, it saves you on new tv purchase.

I got this warranty because I dropped my previous tv, my second one in 1 year, and had I had a warranty the first two times, I wouldn’t be in this boat. I know that the next time something may happen to my tv, it’s covered and will be in great hands. :)
