    The Geek Squad Were very helpful at install

    I haven't had to use it yet for isssues or repair. But just knowing we have the Geek Squad to help us if needed is a relief. It was the reason we used Best Buy to make our purchase. When they installed our tv it was fast and they were very friendly they answered our questions and were very helpful at time of delivery.

    These warranties are one of the reasons i always shop at bestbuy. Piece of mind until you need it. Service is aways good with bestbuy.

    Warranty/Geek Squad is money well spent

    I have a pricey 65" LG tv I bought in 2020 with a defective screen. So I called our warranty/Geek Squad not even a week ago to set up an appointment for them come look at our tv and was given their soonest day on Nov 2nd 2023 to see if it was fixable or if would cost more trying to fix it. Brian from Geek Squad reached out to me today and opted for us to have him come today or just wait for our original appt on November 2. I was happy to oblige him today. Brian showed up exactly on the time he gave me today and had the problem solved quickly and communicated everything to me very well. Economically it was too costly to fix so he gave me the number to the Geek Squad warranty dept to call for the full credit I paid for the tv I bought in 2020 and his work order number and said they'd handle it from there. Brian was a SUPER NICE GUY! I then called the Geek Squad/warranty division after he left and the man I spoke to via the number Brian gave me was just as pleasant, funny, and very helpful. I was given the options to order a new tv over the phone with full credit or ask for a full store credit and go to Best Buy myself and pick out a new tv there. I decided to upgrade and I ordered a new tv through my phone call with him plus another 5 year warranty. He supplied me with the same discounts that I got in 2020. So now I have a new bigger LG Tv arriving on November 2nd which was actually the date they were supposed come look at my tv to diagnose it. And I only had to come out of pocket of $42 for everything. I DREAD calling people because they are usually rushful, leave me on hold forever, and very pushy for people to buy something much more expensive and won't take no for an answer so I have to get rude after they asked me for the 50th time and tell them to shut it. None of that happened. I was pleasantly surprised.

    My Vizio TV

    I got my Vizio TV four $100 because of my rewards I got such a good deal on the TV that I was able to buy a Vizio sound bar I have a 55 inch Vizio TV in my living room and it’s so nice I thought I would get one for my bedroom. Thank you Best Buy I appreciate all you do for the community.

    I like this because it covers all Where what the salesman sold me was junk I cancelled and got gunk warranty

    I have been a Best Buy service plan fan for more than ten years. It’s money worth expended. I have yet to complain about any of my interactions with any of the “Agents.” They have been courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and prompt to resolve my issues. I get my money well used with this piece of mind service.

    If you do not get this on an expensive TV you are not doing it right. It's great to have on high end products they will either give you a full refund or replace the product. It's more convenient than going through a manufacturer for sure.

    Not a bad TV for the price

    The TV isn't bad at all. I've had it since 2018. The only issue is the top of the TV is now separating at the top seam. Not sure why though but it's outside of my 5 year warranty.

    I bought the warranty on a TV that I purchased 4 years ago. The TV was not repairable, so the warranty offered a replacement for the defective item. I applied the value to the new product and bought another warranty; it's a no-brainer. BUY THE WARRANTY!

    I had a great experience with Best Buy’s customer service after buying my product. The staff was professional, efficient, and very knowledgeable. They handled everything quickly and made sure I was taken care of without any hassle. Definitely earned my repeat business.

    55" TCL QLED Fire TV - best decision of 2024!

    Normally have had Samsungs for picture quality, or Vizio for long-life and durability but both no longer offered as much "bang for the buck" as this TCL QLED Fire TV did. I was a little concerned the low price would mean compromise, but it didn't. The picture quality is exceptional. (As great as other high-priced TVs? No. But noticeable difference? No.) I enjoy pleasant visuals for all types of viewing and viewing conditions. It has more ports/useful ports than the competitors. (And this model still has the FireTV OS which is what I wanted for my home network.) And the other nice thing is that I did NOT NEED to purchase a sound bar. I'll admit, my living room is not spacious. If it was, I would consider adding a nice sound system. But the Dolby ATMOS audio is more than sufficient for movies, music, and everyday viewing. I've had the TV for 2 months and am so glad I stepped out of my comfort zone to try a TCL.

    Picked this TV over LG C5. The OLED has too much reflection and not good in room with windows and sunlight. This QM8K is excellent in bright room and blacks are excellent. Have not seen blooming or black shadows being crushed. Highly recommended!

    After the waffling about paying $200 or so every year, I will never regret my decision again to purchase TotalTech and Geek Squad Protection! 100% satisfaction with every call, encounter and need regarding anything technical! I highly recommend getting TotalTech and GeekSquad Coverage as it covers so much more than merely items sold only at a Best Buy, but ANYTHING IN YOUR HOUSE THATS TECH TOO-no matter where you bought it. TotalTech with the added expertise and assistance with GeeknSquad has been absolutely invaluable for my entire family, all of our separate and different kinds of busy lives--including elderly parents who are not familiar with todays tech or integration capabilities, staff assisting with and ensuring each customers insividual needs are met for best as well as highest level for ease of use tailored to each person separately, and help with just about anything technical in the home with high quality standards, additional assistance and personalized care and help provided to any age group, all levels of technical expertise, as well as anyone who might come to mind based on some of the struggling with electronics, small or large appliances, etc. due to different disabilities while they attempt to navigate living in a world very much built and tailored to the able bodied majority. A disabled friend received a home consultultation with specific alternatives recommended, budget taken into consideration with all items identified by Geek Squad not even identified or addressed by the medical system with several home and health, daily needs assessments, etc never addressing the biggest life barriers hit by so many every single day. Best buys staff have been extremely compassionate, patient, respectful, engaged, pleasant, helpful and extremely knowledgeable with a wide variety of experts to assist with any technical question, recommendations for possible alterations to lessen the struggles of daily life, increase security, help best integrate needs with items you may already own to decrease barriers to many activities of daily living. Merely knowing I have access go a group of experts to help each exceptionally different family member in order to best meet their individual tech needs knowing their knowledgeable staff will consistently go above and beyond their job duties in order to provide the highest level of service to everyone, everytime, and even request additional expert opinions ans reviews to ensure all is done right the first time is truly a "priceless purchase" to have--even if merely for the added peace of mind for all household tech needs, recommendations or in home help!
